The office visit wasn't bad. I was in and out in a timely manor. The girl who ordered my glasses said it would take a week or so for them to come in. It's been a 4 weeks and I've called 3 times and nobody can tell me why it's taking so long. I just keep getting told they will call me when the glasses come in. I'm beginning to think they got lost in shipment because a month is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait

A month and half waiting for my result. They said it would be ready on next week. No one has called to explain anything. When I visited the office asking for my result the receptionist just told me that doctor has not reviewed it yet. They don't care about patients, just want to get money from you or the insurance companies.

Friendly staff. The wait isn’t usually to long. Only down side is their frame shop has inconvenient (for me) hours.

Had to schedule an appointment for our son pretty far out. That was to be expected. After waiting several weeks, we received a voicemail 1 week before his scheduled appointment that stated "the doctor told us last week that we are no longer accepting younger patients". 1. should have contacted us a week prior when you made that decision. 2. our appointment was made as recommended by an ER doctor to rule out vision issues prior to diagnosing a much more severe concern. Time matters ! Thank you Horizon for wasting ours ! Have consideration that you are in the medical field, helping people, not in a garage, fixing cars. If you decide to not take on any more patients, it should be from that point on, not backdating and contacting when you feel like it. Health Care is 2 words.
