The one receptionist is consistently and unnecessarily rude to customers. I’ve heard other people complain about this person as well. I don’t wish to ever come back because I simply don’t want to deal with a bitter and churlish receptionist every time.

I had to come here because my location's wait time was too long. Go to Cranberry they said. It'll be great they said. Not. I may be spoiled since the customer service at the fox chapel location is excellent, but this has got to be the worst. I was running late and called ahead. I said, I will be 15 minutes late is that a problem, they said if it's 15 minutes that's not a problem, more than that then we'll have to reschedule you. I put the address in maps and spend 10 minutes driving around in circles because the maps point is wrong (I've since petitioned apple to fix it). I call at 10:43 and say- hey I can't find you guys what side of the street are you on? At that moment I saw the store in front of me and said oh! Found it! I'm parking right now! Then... the receptionist said we're going to have to reschedule you. I looked down, parked in their lot, and it said 10:45. 15 minutes late, like I said I would be. I just drove 45 minutes for this appointment. That's it, You lost a 14-year-customer. It's actually a shame because it's the fox chapel location that loss my business because of the ineptitude of this office. But, if the expectation is to split my appointments between them, I will absolutely pass. Now to find a new eye doctor...

Attempted to get my prescription put into a pair of my Ray Ban sunglasses and was informed that if they break my sunglasses in the process of putting new lenses in them, they bear no responsibility. The risk is 100% mine. This is an eyeglass company??!! They certainly lost my future business.
