The doctor was thorough but didnt waste time and was quick about it. He answered all my questions and was all around great. As good as the doctor was, the staff helping me with my first pair of glasses was better. They were patient and explained everything to me while waiting on me to take pictures of multiple frames to allow my wife, who was at work, to help me pick. Even the receptionist was really pleasant and helpful. Will go back for sure.

Fast, professional and courteous service. The doctor was kind and did a very thorough yet quick exam, got me right in and out! The ladies at the desk were very sweet. I just called in to reorder contacts and the woman I talked to was very kind and even found me a 10% discount from my insurance! Highly recommend!

I've been to many different eye doctors and I like Eyeland the best. They have accommodating hours for working individuals, a friendly staff, and are willing to offer explanations when needed. My husband switched from Walmart to Eyeland as well. I will be returning there for my future eye appointments.

Absolutely horrible!! Family had to go there because of insurance. They said 2 weeks to get glasses never heard from them so after 15 days we called. They blamed it on insurance company for delay?? Then my husband had to get his lenses replaced due to scratching and he was told 2 weeks. He called today, over 2 weeks after and they are still not in. They have to again, call and check blaming it on the insurance company. Oh then they informed him they would only be covering one of the two lenses under warranty for him. No advance notice of having to pay for this nor was he called and told there would be a charge. Not a very professional company. No wonder they have to run sales all the time they need to lore people in. Looking for a new place that takes Davis Insurance!!!!

Very nice. My last pair of contact lenses ripped during the beginning of my vacation. Got me in the next morning and also got me a replacement pair to wear until my new contacts arrived. I was able to take my kids on their trip and see while I was there. Very good people.

HORRIBLE experience. I will never go back. Went in for contacts. First trial pair were ripped, second pair they never called me to let me know they were in. When i called to see what was going on i got hung up on. I went in for my appointment and they went to order my contacts and the girl had no idea what she was doing. She kept saying that i used my benefits for glasses and i never got glasses. Now its been 3 weeks and i never got all call text or email about my glasses. When i caller i got hung up on again. When i called back right after that i was told i was placed on hold not hung up on but this is the 3rd time they have hung up on me. She then tells me that they have been in for a week. After hanging up the phone i finally got my email telling me that they came in
