From the very beginning, the front desk and Stacey, the LASIK co-ordinator were kind, courteous and helpful. I saw Dr. Cho and Dr. Chesen, and they both did a fantastic job explaining the procedure, what to expect before, during and after wards. The staff and techs who helped me along the way went above and beyond any other practice I have ever been to. I am someone who means what I say and say what I mean. Dr. Dianna Cho is one who has always delivered excellence at an incredibly personable level. If you are looking for a place that houses professionals par excellence, NO NEED to look anywhere else. Because of the immense care I have received here from the staff, I have asked 2 family members and 1 friend all from the Philadelphia area to inconvenience themselves in commuting 1.5 hours just for THIS facility. There are not enough words to express my deep gratitude towards the team at Chesen Laser Eye Center. I continue to keep them at the forefront of all my eye needs. It has been about 2 years since I've received my LASIK procedure with Dr. Dianna Cho as my pre and post-operative doc and I continue to maintain 20/20 vision. I normally don't like or need to complain but I did not have a good experience at Chesen. Initially told my insurance would be acceptable for the examination then told no. Told several times I would receive a call back which never happened and the office manager was uncooperative and argumentative. I'll go someplace else

I was thinking about getting laser eye surgery for a while, when I found out that I could use my flex spending account. I had my appointment to make sure I was a candidate , and before I knew it, the appointment was scheduled. I remember sitting up right after the procedure was complete. Dr. Chesen asked me to tell him what time it was on the wall clock. I couldn't believe it.. I could see the time and started to cry a little. He said that was the best thing I could do ( natural tears) . I love the time spent with Dr. Cho, she and the staff at Chesen Laser Eye Center have been nothing but AWESOME. I have since referred a friend, who has had the same great experience. My daughter also wants to make an appointment and I have no reservations about going through the process with her.

Had PRK performed a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier with the results! The results were noticeable within the first week of the procedure. It is wonderful not having to wear glasses anymore (actually, I forget I ever wore them). I would and do highly recommend Dr. Chesen.

I would have to say that chesen Laser Eye Center is by far one of the best places I've been to I had Lasik done on both of my eyes and they made the process seem so easy and the procedure was a success I love everything about this facility the people were very friendly starting from the front desk secretary to every nurse who took the time to make sure everything went well to the financing Department who had a very very nice lady helping us with our billing she made everything easy for us and provided us with various forms of payment plans she was very friendly and a pleasure to have been around the staff was amazing I cannot complain about any of them and obviously but not the lease dr. Chow who has been with me through my whole process helping me making me feel comfortable as if I were at home she was awesome very professional and spoke to her patients as if she knew us for forever she brought comfort and certainty when she spoke and because of her outgoingness and her professionalism I decided to go ahead and do the Lasik procedure and for that I am very thankful because when Dr. Chesen did the procedure I was able to go in there Fearless with no worries in mind and after my procedure was done I have nothing but gratitude in my heart towards the staff at chessen laser eye center I will totally recommend this place to anyone they gave me back what I had lost when I was little after 20 years of wearing glasses I can now see the amazing Horizon without having to pull my glasses off and clean off the smudges I can open up my eyes look at my daughter and my husband clearly without seeing a haze I can now enjoy driving go swimming and do many things I couldn't do before like looking at my alarm clock from across the room without it being a blur and I thank that to the professionalism that was brought to me at chesen laser eye center thankyou so much for everything

Very easy to schedule appointments and they call with reminders. I was able to schedule my surgery after just two visits. My surgery took less than ten minutes and I had amazing eyesight immediately after. My recovery has been uneventful, a month after my vision has stabilized and I don't need eye drops. It's been 3 months and nothing to report. Great choice of a Lasik surgeon.

I heard about this place from a friend. I was initially skeptical of Lasik and didn’t feel comfortable with such a big life decision. But I decided to commit after my consultation meeting and am so happy with my 20/20 vision now. Dr. Cho and the staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. A week ago I had lasik done at Chesen and I'm so happy with my decision to use Chesen. I had 2 appointments prior to having my lasik and everytime I walked in the door the staff used my name and was so nice and had conversations w me while I waited for the doctor. They made me feel at ease and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. And it was fine. It was better than fine. I can see so much better now than I ever could. The procedure was painless. I had a great follow up today and in conversation learned that chesen owns their equipment where as others lease their equipment for the day when doing lasik. Hearing this made me feel even better about my decision to use Chesen. I will now be taking my kids to Chesen for their regular eye checkups as well. They have a customer for life.

In short, I want to thank everyone at Chesen Laser Eye Center for a wonderful LASIK experience! The details why it was so wonderful as follows… I had multiple LASIK pre-qualification appointments at a number of LASIK eye centers in the Philadelphia area but felt most comfortable at Chesen Laser Eye Center. The other LAISK centers I visited made me feel like I was just walking dollar bills not caring much about me otherwise. At Chesen they make you feel that you are their only patient and ensuring the highest quality of service! Everyone in the office including Dr. Chesen himself provided me with a professional personable experience unlike any other LASIK centers I have visited. Honestly, this is the number one reason I chose Chesen for my LASIK and will more than likely change them to my primary eye care center. As for the LAIK results… I’m still shocked! Reading 15/20 the day after at the post opp. appointment…it was even better than what I was reading with contacts prior to LASIK. Dr. Chesen and his team did an awesome job with the prep work and hit the nail on the head with the laser settings. If you chose Chesen Laser eye Center for your LAIK I’m sure you will be just as happy!
