Only giving three stars because of the quality of the eye exam I received. I read a lot about friendly staff, but if you ask questions or are smart shopper you'll get huffs and puffs, no callbacks, or just things tossed around. After a week of my insurance provider being down, according to them, I asked how much would my frames and replacement lenses be now what they were up. I was told "$339, same as your other ones" I asked what options they had (since they were lost) and received "Same as your other ones!". They are becoming aggressively rude in their treatment of customers, and definitely not worth doing the business of buying glasses from. I even asked about the different progressive options to which was pointed to a placemat style display they have that says Digital, Digital advanced, etc. And when I asked what the difference I was looking at the salesgirl literally said "This one is bigger, can't you see!". Talk about rude irony.

Doctor is fantastic, very friendly and explains everything. Staff is great. Only complaint I have is the cost of the glasses. I spent over $400 for two pairs and my prescription is very easy, not complicated as they told me some can be. I recommend buying elsewhere.

Great place, got me in for a last minute appointment when I really needed to be seen. Facilities are great and the staff and optometrist are all excellent. Highly recommend

Have been going here for years yet never received a call back when tried to get my contacts filled, when I called back was told my prescription was expired so wasn't about to use my benefits this year. I will be switching eye doctors.

Office staff here is very friendly and helpful. And it is great to support a local business. They have very broad office hours, including Saturdays. If you are looking for the first time or need to switch, definitely give them a try
