It's really a shame that I can't give zero stars, it's really the worst experience I've ever had with any type of customer service. They are smug and arrogant and your service is not their first priority. I dealt with the Brookhaven location.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ZERO RESPECT AND WORK ETHIC First they cancel my appointment because one of their doctors had a baby. That's great, but shouldn't you have a doctor on call to fill in? I finally get an appointment, and the credit card machine is down. So I cannot pay for the glasses. They said I needed to call them the next day, to make up for their screw up. I said they should at least call me, seeing how they inconvenienced me. They said ok. They never called, I forgot and then called them back after 3 weeks had passed with no word about the glasses. They never ordered them because they never received money from me. So now my daughter needs to wait another 2 weeks to get her glasses because Casey Optical could not be bothered to make up for their own mistakes. Worst customer service imaginable, and inconsiderate work ethic.

Went to see Dr Ly for the first time recently and I love her! She has a very nice personality and she explained things really well. I learned many new things about my eyes that I did not know before. I recommend her and Dr Cassey's other colleagues for your eye health!
