Got my first prescription glasses from the spectacle shop. The staff were very good. They waited patiently as I tried different frames. They also worked with me with my insurance and were up front with the costs. I collected my glasses and they got me all set. I will be going back to get prescription sunglasses.

Spectacle Shop is the best in the business when it comes to customer service, knowledge, and experience. This has been the case for many years in our area. I have worked in the eyeglass business locally and Spectacle Shop has always been setting high standards for what the experience of selecting glasses should be. There are many aspects that only an experienced optician can provide, including ideal frame choice and the proper frame adjustments that need to occur as life happens. More than in many purchases, knowledge and customer service during and after the buying process are crucial and Spectacle Shop offers the full package.

I was not a “customer” of The Spectacle Shop before today. I had a pair of brand new prescription sun glasses that got melted through toddler related events, and I was using an older pair with broken hinges until one of the screws popped out. I can’t afford new sunglasses yet so I tried to fix my old ones...it did not go well. I took all of the parts from the two pairs of sunglasses to see if I could combine them into one pair. The ladies working there are AMAZING! When I came back to see how much the repair would be they told me they couldn’t save my sunglasses and I was preparing for the big upsell, but they swapped my lenses into new discontinued frames and wouldn’t let me pay for them! I will get all of my glasses here from now on! 10/10. Highly recommend them if you need new specs!

I’ve bought several pairs of progressive and single vision glasses here. Over the years, Amanda has been very helpful in selecting frames and options. They have styles not available at other optical shops, like Silhouette.

Though the price was high and insurance would not cover the glasses, the quality of the glass used provided me with the most excellent vision I have had over many years. I have had the clearest vision ever and have not had to change my glasses in 3 years!

Great experience! Worked with Mr. Bright and Amanda for simple reading glasses. I have received so many compliments that now my glasses are an essential wardrobe accessory. Several weeks ago I left them at home while on a business trip and Amanda worked with me to get a backup pair immediately. Great selection and great service- I have learned that just because you have to wear glasses doesn't mean you can't look good!
