I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I was referred to Dr. McPartland by a friend and will never go to another doctor. I have really bad dry eyes and Dr. McPartland has always gone out of his way to make sure my eyes were okay. I have seen him for emergency eye infections and he has always been quick to get me in the same day. The staff is really nice and quick to answer questions. Best part is they don't make you feel like another number. They actually care! This is not a feeling I get from most eye doctor places. After the first appointment you will be hooked! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this office! Dr. McPartland and Dr. Goldstein are both stellar, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and skilled. My 7 yo and ~5 yo recently had their first eye doctor appointments; Dr. Goldstein was wonderful. She took her time to make my kids feel at ease and explain each upcoming test. I appreciate that she was very thorough, but was mindful of my kids' comfort level. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. They also have a large display area with a wide assortment of glasses.

Horrible rude service! Dont waste your time here! Called to tell the receptionist lady I was gonna be late she told me it would be fine but got there 2 mins over and she told me no that she wouldnt see me.. made me rush clear across town! Just to be snarky to me.

Made appt for eye exam at 9 am May 2nd. I wasn’t sure which clinic I had made appt with so waited for some type of confirmation. It never came, went early to appt so if wrong I could get to right appt. There were people in the office but wouldn’t answer phone or come to door to answer my question. Sat in car until 9 I sure hope my appt is here! If I didn’t need drops for Glucoma I would have went home and made an appt with different eye clinic!

Hands down, the friendliest office I've ever been to! My appointment is over...but I want to go back! Both the the girls up front were extremely helpful with insurance and so polite too. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The wait was short, and the time I spent with the doctor was perfect, not just 5 minutes like the big place in medford. I would highly recommend to all.

Dr. Goldstein is a wonderful provider. She was very professional and caring. She paid attention to detail and took time to listen and give great care. Amanda at the desk was very sweet as well. I had a challenge with my glasses and they made it right. I recommend the clinic.
