When I got in, there was one person in front of me in the reception area. Two older ladies were sitting in the reception area. I stood in front of the reception behind the first person for about 5 to 7 minutes before the ladies acknowledged my presence. After that one of them provided me paper work to fill. They did not smile nor said hello to me. I did not sign one form which was for "equipments". I was promptly reminded (or threatened) by one of them that if I did not sign the paperwork, I would not be seen and their owner was an attorney! I was there to see Dr. Mark Herron. I was surprised to be seen by Dr. April Reffner without being informed so. She was a nice lady, but did not explain me any lab results. She did adjust my prescription but never really answered directly to any of my questions. So, if you are primarily there to adjust your prescription, she would do that for you but do not expect anything further. Then I was told to see Tom to get help for glasses. He seemed very unhappy or least interested to help. Never the less then he had to fill some "paperwork" and Jerry stepped in. Does it feel like "car sales" to any one at this time? Anyway Jerry doesnt understand anything but proper Caucasian accent and he told me that he was with business for 50 years. This was my experience - needless to say I wont go back unless I have to. May be their competitors are worse, otherwise how come they still do so well? In my opinion, these chain is there for business profit only and not to help patients.
Very very poor customer service!!! We paid for an extended warranty on a pair of glasses only to come in and be told that they will not cover that very poor customer service so they take our money a year ago and it's not like it was cheap it was $45 only for us to come in a year later mind you the warranty is valid for two years to be told that We won't cover that!!! Don't get the extended warranty and we only buy glasses from Walmart Now because they have a one year warranty and they honor it No questions asked and best part it's free!!! Don't get sucked in by this scam of a "warranty" will still come back for eye exams but never buying a pair of glasses here again!!!
Jo is awesome! She is one reason I remain a Wing customer... Jo is great, keep up the service. Wing eye care is the way to go!

Staff is not very helpful. Takes at least a week for order to come in. I'm sure there are worse places to go...maybe or maybe not. The customer service should be better considering the investment.

Wings Eyecare at Symmes is a great establishment! They have the best costumer service in Cincinnati eye care and they treat their clients like family! Dr. Herron is one of the most respectable doctors in the area and always answers any questions you have without any hesitation. I would recommend anyone looking for a new eye doctor to go ahead and schedule an eye appointment here.
Julie gave us the most amazing customer service and helped us fix my daughter’s glasses....... after dad broke them...... for the second time. Lol

My dog had surgery today, he had a tumor removed from his neck. I was > than 20 mins late and I even called the “dr” ie.. the office advised staff that I was running late. I was advised to come in I show up and advised the dr will not see me due to their policy Two people in lobby and 3 people at front desk standing. I am a physican and I understand people run late , and I work people in all the time I will not being coming back and will advise friends and family not to come here My name is Jamie Russell Brown , not hiding who I am. My son and I had eye exams at the Symmes office and I was very impressed with the Doctor and staff. Frame selection was great and we were on our way in no time. We will be back.
We have been a client of Wing Eyecare for the past 6 years. We have always had superb service and attention from the Liberty Township location, and this was mainly due to the service by the office manager, Julie. When we learned that Julie transferred to the Symmes location, we had no doubt that this was going to be our new location for our eye exams and glasses. We are, once again, enjoying great service!

I have been going to Wing Eyecare for several years. Jo always provides me with wonderful service and company from the moment I set in the door until I leave. She provides honest advice for specific brands to go with and makes sure I am satisfied every time. I'm thankful for her hospitality.
Dr. Herron is one of the best eye doctors I have ever used and I have some very difficult eye problems. Also, his entire staff is very knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as needed and will gladly answer any questions you have. Greg Elder, one of the opticians there, spent three hours helping me and was glad to do it. He even told me of extras that I did not need and eliminated them so as to lower my bill. I would highly recommend them if you have need of an optometrist or optician. Marty Tierney

I've been going to Wing Eyecare for almost a decade and I've always received respectful care. Whenever an issue (rarely) came up, which I usually was the source of, they took time to make sure the issue was resolved quickly. They are professional, kind, and I will continue to go to them for my eyecare.

Just went there yesterday, Jo was excellent in preparing my contacts and making an assessment for my vision! The doctor was also very good, and all the people here have a very high level of experience, so you can definitely trust them.
My wife and I both went to the Symmes Wing Eye Care for the first time. We were amazed on the care we were given by all the staff there. The selection of frames were too many for me to decide on. However with the help of the sale associate I was able to select the right ones. We couldn't be more happier with our glasses. More importantly, we can see!
I had my first experience with Wing Eyecare and I was VERY impressed. From when I called to make my appointment, to when I was greeted at the door by Ana. I was taken back, the exam was smooth and went very well and my consultant Jo was AMAZING! She was very helpful in making sure I had exactly the glasses that I was happy with; and that looked fantastic on me. I would highly recommend coming to Wing Eyecare for you next eye exam.

Great staff! Helped me with my first diabetic eye exam. They were very comforting especially after getting the diagnosis of chronic illness.
First time at Wing. This office has made a customer for me and my daughter for life. The friendliness of the staff, the knowledge and explaining of the doctor, and the excellent customer service of Jo picking out my frames was second to none. The doctor made the visit easy not only for me, but showed my 9 year old daughter the cool things he was seeing and let her see as well. Great experience!
Knew I was in trouble when the new patient paperwork referenced their "premium" services and that my insurance may only cover a portion of the total cost. I don't know if this is more of an indictment of Wing or my insurance. Why am I paying insurance premiums so I can get referred to their "Preferred Partner" only to find out I have to pay more for "premium" services. For another day I guess. Let's just run down the list of everything that went wrong... 1. OD acted like she just didn't want to be there (late night appt) 2. Didn't have enough of my prescribed contact lenses, so they gave me the next closest power and told me to order the correct one. 3. Outrageous "premium" contact lens pricing 4. Finally bought contacts through my health insurance company ($15 per box cheaper), they put my prescription verification request in three times, the third time, they finally responded that they had no record of me as a patient. Very disappointing because they are convenient to the house, offer late night appointments and did a great job with my young daughter.
Everyone is always helpful and pleasant. Dr Heron has been our eye dr for years and we've always been happy with his care. Jo has helped us select glasses for years and is always wonderful to work with.
I have trust in the manager Julie. I found her very attentive, accommodating, and a very pleasant professional. The whole store is awesome and I'm glad I found them. My outcomes have been great there!

My mom is a diabetic patient and she had some issues with her eyes. So, we went to Wing Eyecare for her eyes examined. Dr. Mark and the entire staff were very friendly. He photographed her eyes and made sure she does not have any serious retinal issues. Besides, he explained the problem clearly. Also, they charged a reasonable fee.
Dr. Herron is an excellent optometrist and I am very impressed with the state-of-the-art testing and imaging equipment he uses. Add caring and knowledgeable office staff and it’s perfect!
Dr. Herron provided a very thorough exam and answered all my questions and concerns. Julie, the office manager, provided excellent assistance in choosing my glasses. She was very patient helping choose the right frames for my face, and ensured I had all the extras to meet my eye care needs. A very positive experience!
I've been going to Wing Eyecare for at least 10 years. I wear glasses and contacts. Wing Eyecare has state of the art equipment and a friendly staff. Dr. Herron has taken great care of my eyes!
They honored my Groupon coupon with no problem and treated my daughter very well. She was able to find glasses that she was extremely happy with and actually wore them everyday!

They had trouble with getting my insurance details, for which I had to reschedule my appointment but the manager was proactive and took care of my case personally. The doctor here is great and was able to explain clearly.
The staff were all very helpful. I was one of the last appointments of the day, but was seen on-time and received great service. My exam went quickly but did not feel rushed; Dr. Herron was great. Julie helped me find the perfect pair of frames; she was very pleasant, gave helpful feedback, and helped me to find a selection of frames that fit my style so that I could pick the right ones for me.

My old glasses were not as clear as they once were. No amount of solution could clean them. So, decided to bite the bullet and get myself a new pair of glasses. I had heard about Wing Eyecare before, plus it was one of the optometrists covered by my insurance. I was met with a friendly staff at the desk as well as Eye Examiner and Doctor. After my eye exam, I was helped out by a very nice woman on what glasses I should get. One week later (Maybe not even that long), I got my new pair of glasses and couldn't be more glad with them. I will use you guy's again for sure. Maybe next time for some Sunglasses.
Nice, clean place. I was seen at my appointment time without having to wait. Helpful people who asked the right questions and took the time to get me better-fitting, more comfortable contacts than I had before. I'll be back next year.
