My daughter and I have been going here for years. We moved further away but refused to change places. We love the doctor she is amazing, personable, and professional. You can tell she loves what she does. Always very helpful. Amazing service!

I want to say that the ladies at Optical Fashions on Woodman Dr are very helpful and sweet ,they made me feel welcomed and important the day i went to look for glasses ,the receptionist greeted me immediately and the optician eas very informative.i encourage everyone to go to Woodman Dr .

It’s been almost 10 months and I have yet to receive my contact lenses. I have been in constant communication with them. During communication the only response is “they haven’t come in yet” “we will re order them.” I have never heard of waiting 10 months for contacts. Poor service!!!

I have never had to make so many follow up appointments for contacts in my life. I first went last year just for glasses. They read my prescription from my old glasses and said my prescription was too strong so they lowered it. Went back less than a year later to get contacts and they said my prescriptions needs to be stronger. So know I need contacts and new lens! The first pair of contacts I get are terrible and dry. She ordered me a new kind and they are better but instead of just writing be script to order them I have to do a contact recheck? This is will be my fourth appointment in about 1 year for simple trying to get glasses and contacts. I will be going back to Walmart for ONE appointment next time.

Went for prescription safety glasses and daily glasses, safety glasses came in two weeks like that said, it’s on week three and still only the safety glasses

I hesitated coming to this location after several HORRIBLE experiences at their Sugarcreek location. I'm SO GLAD I did! Staff is super friendly, the doctor is fabulous and knows what she is doing. They don't try and talk you into unnecessary and expensive upgrades and they do not make you feel rushed during the appointments. I'm so glad I came here and I will be bringing my whole family (there are five of us) to this location for all our glass/contact needs!

In all my 30 years of wearing contacts and glasses I have never waited so long for them to come in. I was in 3 weeks ago for an exam and ordered updated glasses and contacts, I was told that the contacts would be in just a couple of days and the glasses would take up to 2 weeks. Well, like i said its been over 3 weeks and I keep getting every excuse in the book as to why they arent in yet. The doctor was amazing and thats where the 1 star comes from... If it was just a rating on the doctor I would give 5 stars! As far as the staff goes.... the assistant was nearly 80 and had no clue what the prices were because I received 2 different prices to pay. The manager is the one who keeps giving me a different excuse every time we ( me or my mother) call. I am very unhappy and will never go back there. Walmart is faster and might be a little cheaper with a bigger selection of glasses to choose from. The doctor needs to reorganize her office and hire new staff for sure!!
