I came in at 5:20, and within ten minutes, they found me two frames that would work for my existing lenses, meaning no one pressured me to buy lenses that I didn't need. So where is the best place in Toledo to purchase glasses? Optical Arts! I purchased my glasses a little over a year ago. I have a great frame that expresses my personality and trifocals lenses with no lines. I had my eye exam done at Optical Arts for only $50 which I think is very reasonable. I had a one on one consultation and was provided excellent customer service by qualified staff. I was able to try on multiple frames and have my picture taken to compare which frames I liked. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Once I received my glasses I was advised on how to properly navigate my head, so that I was able to utilize my glasses properly. At some my glasses became difficult to drive in. I stopped by and a minor adjustment was made to correct the issue. If I could recommend anyone who is thinking about purchasing glasses. I would only recommend Optical Arts. If you want the attention to detail that you deserve for something as important as your glasses (you do use/wear them everyday) you should check out Optical Arts. Did I mention it is locally owned and operated BONUS! Did I mention that the staff is amazing DOUBLE BONUS!
