Dr Fox was very calm and kind during my appt today. I've got severe light sensitivity and high anxiety. She did great, and took her time with me. Will be back! I got new frames coming in and hubby already made an appt also!

I've had several different optometrists see me and enjoyed every one. Also the help I've received from people like Emil for picking out and fitting glasses has been superb. The opticians here are simply the best. Top skills, top service, highest integrity, best glasses ever. I’ll never go anywhere else, though it is a very long drive for me to get there. The most extraordinary customer service imaginable! The optometrist, Dr. Fox, is also excellent. However, this shop is also a great place to bring an eyeglass prescription from any doctor. Cannot praise them highly enough!

All the people in the office are fantastic and I always feel extremely supported and confident in not the prescriptions I get and the choices I make in regards to glasses. No one tries to upsell glasses' options but instead just tries to find the glasses (and sunglasses) that are most comfortable to each individual. Thank you so much to Juan and other staff at Ohio State Optical! A nose pad fell off my Silhouette frames and I needed a replacement in a hurry. I am not from around here so I looked up Silhouette retailers and called a few places to see if they could help. Ohio State Optical was the only place I called that was willing to listen to me and say that they could help me. I came into the store and was warmly greeted by multiple people. Juan remembered my call, whisked away my glasses, and came back in less than five minutes with both my nose pads replaced and my lenses cleaned. Everyone was very kind. Thank you for helping an out-of-towner in need!
