From beginning to present my experience with Eyenstein's Opical has been nothing but delightful. I was greeted immediately by a staff member with a smile and hello in the first visit. I was guided and explained everything along the way. I was blown away by their courteous and efficient processing of insurance documents. They explained the ranges of coverages I had and showed me what was no charge to me and explained other sections I could also choose from for a discount. I brought no one with me at that time to assist so one of them helped. I felt heard when I described what I was looking for and she was able to locate ones I was very impressed with. The individual that took my measurement was efficient, through, and friendly as could be. I selected what I wanted and was given a detailed explanation for everything. The delivery was quicker than quoted. I was fitted, without wait, when I came in. Their quality and customer service earns all my future business. They exceeded every expectation I would have. It feels like such a positive environment, you'll agree.

Went in to find my son (3) glasses. We have certain insurance so only a rack to choose from. I asked them where could I find the glasses at. They pointed me in the direction. And that was it. No one tried to help us. Horrible attitudes in my opinion. After about 10 mins I left. Went to another store.

This place was amazing to my daughter. Got us in quick. Thoroughly examined her eyes. Everyone was so kind. Good selection of glasses. The people who said theres no im confused on how many glasses you should have for a selection. So i have to brag becausr 3 days after her getting her glasses she had an accident and seriously broke them. Brought them back today to see our options and the gentlmen Tim popped those lenses out and put them into a new pair right there for us. Money is tight for me right now and they helped me out big time. I am so thankful and will be returning!! Highly recommend

Staff is super friendly but poor quality frames. My second pair of glasses just broke, I've had these for about 2 weeks. I had the first pair for 3 weeks before that, I'm pretty peeved I'm going to have to go back for a third pair of crappy glasses. Never again.

I have been going to Eyenstein's for about three years now, and they're absolutely wonderful. I will continue to go here for years to come as everyone is extremely pleasant, helpful and great with customer service. Tim is absolutely wonderful at helping you pick out glasses and extremely professional and friendly. The front desk receptionists are also very nice and friendly and make you feel right at home. The female doctor is also really nice and answers your questions. They have a great selection of glasses and offer payment plan options. I go in every few months to have my glasses readjusted due to natural bending from wearing and they never charge for it! Absolutely recommend if you want to support a wonderful small business and not some major chain of eye doctors and glasses retailers.

I received new glasses through "Einstein' s optical" last year. It ' s a great and friendly atmosphere, the people are very customer oriented. I have to go periodically for adjustments they are always welcoming. Thumbs up Einatein's!!!

Small selection of glasses. They don't have the price on the frames which is very annoying. Doesn't seem common to not have the prices on them? So I had to ask for the price on a pair of frames - and the woman on the floor seemed to take it personally when I said that it was more than what I want to spend. Staff was nicer to me this time with my private eye insurance than the last time when I was on Caresource - receptionist was very nice but the woman working the floor was rude. This was Eyesteins second chance in my book, will be going elsewhere from now on.

I recently started coming to this eye doctor's office. I have been seen there, as well as my children. I have never found such skilled and patient people. The doctor took her time and did a exam making sure nothing was missed. The secretary as well as the lady that helps you pick out your glasses are both very polite and friendly as well. They are always smiling and don't mid making small talk while your waiting. Oh! and the place smells AWESOME!!! it gives u a relaxed feeling while waiting. I will never go to another eye doctor from now on. "Great Family friendly eye doctor"

We been coming here for about 3 years now. Both my sons and mother are treated here and completely love it. All stuff are friendly and very helpful. Glasses always come on time and waiting time is fair. Definitely recommend.

It was busy because this place is great. I went in on Monday evening around 430pm. They have after work hours which is always helpful. They have many frames, almost something for everyone. The woman managing the front of the store was so nice and helpful. The man who helped me get my glasses ordered was nice and efficient. I will come here for my next eye exam and ditch the corporate America scene at lens crafters. Sorry not sorry.

If I could give them a zero I would I went in there because of severe eye pain and pressure and the doctor which was a woman basically dilated my eyes without asking me if I was driving or not which I was with my child and then check my eyes and told me they were dehydrated would not prescribe me anything told me to go buy some eye drops over the counter and never told me why I was having pressure and eye pain it was the worst experience I have ever had and will never ever go back there nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Then when they told me I would have to take my contacts out for them to do the eye exam they had a search through a drawer that has food in it and some other stuff just to find me a contact case and some old contact solution this place is the most ghettoest place I have ever been in my life

Everyone who worked there - and some of the customers! - were so nice to me! From the receptionist to the eye doctor, it was an excellent experience. They knew what my insurance would and wouldn't cover and helped me pick out some really cute frames that didn't break the bank. I had my 6mo daughter with me and they were extremely accommodating with her. I will definitely be going here in the future for any eye-care needs!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone and even offered water while I waited to be seen(which was not very long). I’ve been too a lot of osteopathic & non were as efficient. I found out more about my eyes then I ever knew. Got a better brand of contact that fit my lifestyle. Also got a hot a$$ pair of glasses. I am sending all my friends & family members here!

My kids and I have been coming here for a few years now. What sold me on Eyenstein's was the greeting and welcoming feeling I received from Rebecca and Peggy. It was Peggy's upbeat and positive attitude, they way she treated my kids, along with her professionalism and smile that kept me coming back. Now don't get me wrong you still get a greeting however it seems forced, not real. I have been back a few times since the two ladies left and I get more and more frustrated. Instead of communicating with the patients, they huddle in the back and communicate with each other. Tim the gentleman who now does Peggy's job rather than giving you and option to chose a pair of glasses he assumes based on your insurance there is only one rack to choose from. He honestly seems like he dose not care. The prices seem to go up every visit which honestly makes no sense to me. It is should be one set price for contact exams and one set price for eye exams. in the last year I have spent over 900 on glasses and 2 replacement glasses along with contact exams . (exams were initially $45.00 then last year it was $60.00 and now $75.00) I'm so very disappointed with Eyenstiens. looking for another optometrist.

Very Friendly staff service was very prompt they do accept traditional Medicaid but add on's to glasses such as transitions lenses or prescription sunglasses are self pay because Medicaid won't pay for it.

Took both of my kids there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by not only the front desk but by the opticians working the floor as well. Throughout my wait I was asked if I would like water and my kids were offered fruit snacks - it was wonderful and thoughtful. The doctor was great with both of my children. Very patient and kind. Once we were finished and it was time to pick out glasses for my daughter, the optician Melissa was very patient, kind, and helpful. Faliceonna was very sweet with my son and even helped entertain him while I was helping my daughter. Amazing job by all! High praises for Melissa, Feliceonna, & Danielle.

I have worn glasses and contacts for 33 years. I have never had such a poor experience at an eye doctors. I saw Dr. Lornand and he was very nice. The staff, not so much. I have CareSource Just4Me insurance with Obamacare. If a practice excepts your insurance, you should not be treated any differently because of it. I was called "indigent" by the not so nice receptionist. Because of her treatment, I will not recommend this practice to anyone.

Soo, I went in and got my eyes checked, Doctor was nice and knowledgeable; nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I have had glasses since I can remember so a yearly round on getting glasses makes me pretty understanding of the process. Next, I chose frames. 50$ copay for what my insurance wouldn’t cover which is annoying because they don’t have a huge selection. But I loved the frames so, no problem. One of the receptionists argued with me about having insurance cover a yearly pair of glasses. Lady, I know what I’m talking about. My insurance. After she checked, all was good. Waited like 2 weeks, again; typical. Received the glasses and they were okay in the store. The gentleman fitting another lady with her nonprescription frames was rude to her so she turned to my fiancé and I to ask for another opinion. He fitter insisted that the two pair she picked out and were wrestling with were the same exact ones with small print differences. She could tell a difference and wanted a third or fourth opinion. I lended mine gently and said what I thought and she reached a decision but the fitter was quickly losing patience with her and was obviously annoyed by her after he insisted because he obviously scoffed at her indecisiveness and sighed and walked off to the next room. That’s when she asked for my/our opinions. I received my frames and paid the split 25$ That was a payment due after the frames were delivered -again;cool

First time here and gotta say it was a horrible experience. I called and they said they accept my insurance. I drive over. Cant find anywhere to park. Finally do. Go inside and wasnt even greeted. I let them know why im there and now theres no power so they cant help me. Really. Could have told me over the phone when i called since that seems to be working just fine. Ridiculous. Dont come here!!!!

Got my glasses and contacts here about six months ago, and I can't recommend this place enough. The whole staff was incredibly helpful, Savannah and Melissa were incredibly helpful. I was able to get everything taken care of on my lunch break, and I for sure will be returning for my next eye exam and pair of glasses

Absolutely terrible! We have been here before and have never been treated as poorly as we were today. My step daughters were told they needed glasses 2 years ago from this place also we were told my step daughter needed eye surgery to correct a lazy eye. Today the man who was working was playing on his phone the whole time, telling my step daughter to read the smallest line and when she couldn't read it said it was close enough, he also said "kids are ding dongs and never know what they are talking about anyway" and told us she didn't need glasses and to see an ophthalmologist. What happened to this place?! Who are these guys working who are being so careless and rushing? Terrible terrible, we are taking them out.
