I called regarding my BC/BS FEP Vision Insurance,I needed an appointment with an In- Network doctor/company. Dr. Kevin Cain is In-Network Optometrist sharing the same building as Eyeglass Wearhouse. Kristy made the appointment assured me Dr. was in Network and Eyeglass Wearhouse took my insurance. I assumed the Eyeglass Wearhouse was In-network as well, I told they took my insurance. I paid for my glasses upfront before I got them, That's when I gave her my insurance card and she told me I had to fill out my own insurance paperwork. I came back a week later for my glasses, I was not fitted, just handed them. I called back within a week advising Kristy that I could see better WITHOUT the glasses and needed the prescription checked. Dr.Cain advised I should just buy reading glasses off the shelf at any store because my distance vision was near perfect. Kristy sold me a $378.00 pair of glasses, and wanted to sell me just under a $300.00 pair for computer work, and the offer was only good for 30 days. I choose both pairs but said I needed to see how this pair worked out. THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR GLASSES BACK there is not a 30 day guarantee. Kristy she said she could not take the glasses back even though Dr.Cain told me I to buy reading glasses off the shelf. With 18 years experience Kristy said she had to follow the perscription. She excorted me by the arm from the store telling me I had to talk with owner Tony Damceski, he called me back, “he would check with the manufacturer and see if they would make an exception”. In the end they would take frames and lenses back for a 20% restocking fee. They charged me 20% on the frames as well when they could be put back on the shelf. I would think they could donate the lens for a tax break. I don't see them being in business this time next year if they continue to mislead customers and not give any type of warranty on the lenes and frames they sell, and lead patients to believe the lenses and frames are in network with the doctor on site.

Kristy was very helpful and knowledgeable when sowing me all of the lens options and selecting the right pair for me. Also after meeting Tony the stores owner I can tell this is a true local family business that I will happily return to for all of my future eyeglass needs.

I came here and worked with the owner Tony. I had a short wait as he was finishing up with another customer but it allowed me to start looking for frames. When he was free, he helped me find frames that were a good shape/size for my face. It was low pressure and he kept bringing more and more options until we found the one that I loved. He took the time to explain my insurance benefits, answer all of my questions (it was my first time getting no line bifocals), and worked with me to find the best lens for my needs. He spent about an hour with me and another 20 minutes when I picked them up less than a week later. I was pleased with their selection and service. I was referred by a friend who had a similar experience so my expectation was met. I will definitely return in the future for new glasses.

I've been a customer of Eyeglass Wearhouse for almost 6 years now and as a life long eyeglass wearer, I won't go anywhere else. I started working with them at their northland location and followed them to their newer reynoldsburg store. I've paid the big bucks at the lenscrafters and my old optometrists office, as well as tried the bargain glasses at eyemart but nothing compares in price, quality, or service to what eyeglass Wearhouse does. They've always worked to find me the best frames to fit my big head without gouging my pocketbook as if it's a bad thing to have a big head. Their ability to quickly get my no line bifocals back is always impressive, less time than my optometrist took and about 2 days longer than the other chains took. After losing my last pair, the owner Tony even made me a temporary pair on the spot at no charge to hold me over until my new no line bifocals came in because he didn't feel right about me going without glasses. This was the above and beyond service that will keep me coming back. The staff is attentive and not pushy, but will offer their expert opinion when I asked for it. Overall I give them a 5star rating and would suggest trying them out. Thank you.

For the first time in my life I needed glasses and didn't know where to start. I stopped into Eyeglass Wearhouse just to get an idea and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I continued shopping around but in the end went back. So far so good, I will never go to another place.

I picked this place because it was nearby and had good reviews. I'm glad their name popped up. The staff was more than courteous. Helped me pick the right frame and lens size to eliminate a reading angle issue I had with my old glasses. No reason for me to look elsewhere.

Service was slow. All I wanted was reading glasses with nicer frames. With the coupon the frames were $50 instead of $90, but they wanted $120 more for just a reading glasses lens. $170 is way too high for just reading glasses.

I bought my new glasses here 6 mos. earlier. I damaged one of the pairs I bought while exercising. They kindly repaired them when I walked in on a Saturday for free. I will definitely come back.

My family and I have been doing business with Tony at Eyeglass Wearhouse since 2009. We have had nothing but exceptional service during the past 8 years from him and his staff during this time. In 2015 we were leaving for vacation and Tony and his staff took a difficult order and delivered it within 2 days so we were able to recieve it prior to leaving. We've had several opportunities to get our glasses other places, but why would we bother when the customer service is done so well at the Eyeglass Wearhouse.

I can't say enough about Eyeglass Wearhouse in Reynoldsburg. They're awesome!! I have a complicated prescription and other Optometrists would do the exam, then say "this is good enough". Dr. Cain said "let's see if we can make it better"...and he did!! I'm amazed by how well I can see now!! Trenda was great with helping me pick out frames and explaining everything! And Tony was so nice & helpful! I highly recommend Eyeglass Wearhouse!!

Very convenient location and was able to get a good deal on a pair of frames and a pair sunglasses. Best of all, the owner was able to work with me and make the process as smooth as possible when dealing with my insurance. Would definitely recommend!!!
