Working at Visionary Eye Care I have experienced being surrounded with caring doctors, staff members, and a friendly atmosphere. Doctors Hoff, Brucker, and King are absolutely wonderful! They always go above and beyond to satisfy all patients. Department managers are very knowledgeable and excellent when training new staff and answering questions. Every department in the clinic truly works together as a team. Visionary Eye Care is home to the best are most caring optometrists. Working at Visionary Eye Care each staff member truly feels like family.

I had something get into my eye while cleaning grill with brush! I called and they told me to show up and they would squeeze me in! I am an hour drive to get to Dickinson and walked in and got seem right away! Lucky for me there was nothing in my eye. Thanks to visionary’s staff for make sure it was fine!

I am leaving this review for Visionary Eye Care in relation to one of your practicing optometrist, Dr. Hoff. Please note that I do not typically ever leave reviews, comments, etc. for employees after having either a particularly good or bad experience as a customer at any place, so leaving this review is very atypical of me; however, I felt I needed to leave this review in this case. I just wanted to communicate that I was especially impressed with Dr. Hoff when I came as a patient. This was my first time ever coming to this eye clinic. I encountered obstacles on my way to the eye clinic that led me to be late for my appointment, but she was still flexible enough to be willing to see me as a patient. She has a friendly and warming personality from the beginning, but I can't ever say I've had an optometrist explain certain tests they perform on patients as they're conducting the certain exams. Dr. Hoff, however, took the time to explain any tests I may have had to undergo and also explained the purpose of and reason(s) for these tests. She also took the time to explain insurance details as far as coverage and expected costs and so I didn't feel so blind sided by any costs at the conclusion of the exam. She is very intelligent and is very good at what she does. When I asked her about certain things relating to eye health (surgical options, etc.) she provided some really good advice. I live 2 hours from your eye clinic, but this visit made it well worth the drive. All the staff was very friendly, and I was surprised how rapidly my contacts arrived in the mail after I had ordered them from your clinic. Thanks for being on top of things and having such friendly staff, Dr. Hoff in particular. I won't have the pleasure of returning to the eye clinic because I am relocating out of state to the east coast, but I felt I needed to communicate and let you know how wonderful of an optometrist you guys have!

I was greeted right away by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in the door. I had a very minimal wait time before I was taken back to start my appointment. Dr. King was very thorough and friendly during my exam. The optician assistants were very helpful when I was choosing my new frames! Awesome visit, just like always!!

All the people that work there are extremely nice. My only complaint is that their selection of affordable frames is almost non existent. Most are over $200 some into the $300 range. The cheapest pair I found where 90 bucks. Maybe they can add more cost efficient frames.

Visionary Eye Care is the best! All of the staff, from receptionists to the Doctors, are all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hoff is so sweet and very good about explaining things on a level you can understand. The opticians make sure you know exactly what your insurance benefits are and help answer any and all questions! Everyone there is also so great with kiddos! My husband and I have been going for years and our son has been going since before he turned one and we couldn't be happier with the patience, positivity, and caring of everyone in the office!

Got a new pair of glasses but I wasn't satisfied with my frames so I went in and said I wanted different frames. These two workers who were VERY rude immediately started to get mad at me saying it was my last chance to get another pair of frames and told me it was my fault the ends on the frames were broken from adjusting them. That's how they were when i got them! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone...I'm sure you can find a friendlier eye place in town.

I absolutely love this eye care center. I have been going to get my yearly check ups since i was 12. I have never been more impressed. The employees were genuinely nice and helpful. The eye doctor was very nice, easy to talk to and understand. The facility is neat and clean and there were a lot of options for frames.
