Run from these crooks.. I went first year after insurance I paid 100.00 .. Went next year and 380.00 after insurance .. My spouse the put the wrong lens in his glasses then tried to make him pay to fix them.. Stay away from this place..

I'm not an employee of Nordby. I'm not even from North Dakota. Ignore the previous poor reviews. These guys did an outstanding job. They were friendly, focused, knew their jobs and were quick. I was done and leaving in an hour. They took the time to explain new pieces of equipment and new testing methods. The only down side I would say, if I was pressed for one, prices seem to be expensive. But this is the Bakken, what's not expensive? Overall a good experience. I'll gladly come back and see y'all!

Receptionist was rude to say the least and very argumentative. Manager stepped in and descalated the situation in a very profesional manner. Also this paticular emploee has also been very rude over the phone. If they weren't the only choice for my insurance I would never go here.

The doctor as informative and explained all about the details of how and why my eye site would need to be tweeted some by my lasik doctor in Dallas. She faxed over my results so I can have surgery again when I get home. Thank you for a pleasurable experience.

Needed to go get an eye exam for a AWS certification and decided to check out nordby Vision Center. I'm glad I did the front desk lady was extremely friendly greeted me as I walked in and made me feel very comfortable while waiting for my appointment. Everybody in the office was very friendly as well and the office itself has very professionally done and I have nothing bad to say about this place and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who needs to go to Vision Center.
