I am incredibly disappointed with this establishment. When I made my appointment, I was told the exam fee was $79, but that the exam, lenses, and frames would be a package deal of $250. I was also told I would have my glasses within a few days of appointment. During my appointment I was then told only the frames and lenses were $250, and that the exam fee would be an additional $85. I ended up paying $335. That is also when they told me I would have my glasses within 5-7 days. On my 5th day of waiting, I called for an update on my glasses and was told that the true turn around time would be at least 7-10 business days. I am not happy with Midwest Vision, and I will not be back as a returning customer.

They have the best customer service. We bought glasses for our kids, which had a warranty. Then we moved two states away, and of course my son breaks his glasses, I calley them and they shipped me new glasses for him. All I had to do was ship his broken ones back. We have even discussed driving the six hours just to purchase glasses from them again.

Very helpful and patient. Took my 4yr old in to have an eye exam and he needed glasses, the Dr. Who did his exam was great and the ladies out front were awesome helping us pick out glasses.
