I guess I didn't look like I had enough money for glasses from this place. Came in to get a new pair of glasses since my puppy chewed my old current pair and gave one woman the number where my prescription was and I guess she tried to call them and said I could look around at the frames while I wait for them to get my prescription. No one said anything to me for some time while I tried on glasses for a while then sat down to wait. Finally another woman came and gave me their card and said I could call the place where my prescription is and have them fax it to them. I felt like I wasn't wanted there and will not be back

Incredibly difficult to work with, will not give you your full prescription, no return policy. It has taken them 3 tries with one pair of glasses and they are still not correct. I have no way to recover my $500 from a company with such draconian policies.

The doctor was absolutely fantastic. Extremely wonderful and very friendly. Doc knows her stuff! Very informational! Everyone else however, needs an attitude adjustment and needs to not judge a book by its cover. I did not get this great wonderful experience that I saw everyone else getting, even though those customers walked in after me. Definitely felt disrespected, and just the worst experience after seeing such a wonderful doctor! Just a bad place all together! I got a text and email sent to me saying I could pick up my glasses. I went there, they weren't done and i did get told they would be done Tuesday. Even though there is a holiday, and there's a very small chance they're going to be done the day after a holiday! They need to fix the glitches in the computer sending out random texts and emails, as well as employee attitudes. Hoping to be able to see by the end of the week, and then I will not be putting myself through this again, by this place!

Wow, what courtesy and exceptional service with a smile. Another local shop didn’t even want me to come in! I broke a lens from my Oakley eyeglasses I didn’t buy there. I’m traveling from out of state for a work assignment at Trinity Health for 3 weeks and didn’t bring a spare. I walked in and showed them the problem and less than 10” later walked out! They didn’t ask me if I was a previous customer-they just helped me and declined my offer to pay them with a smile!!! They will get my business in the future!

I went in for an annual exam with expectations of just picking out a new pair of glasses. After my exam, I was set up to try contacts for the very first time and I had a team of ladies helping me and cheering me on since I had struggled putting them in for 30 minutes. I was getting frustrated and the girls were so supportive and patient! I was given 5 days worth of contacts since I wasn’t ready to fully commit to them everyday. On top of that, I had help picking out a new pair of glasses even though by the time I was done putting in and taking out contacts that it was about closing time. These ladies were so helpful, patient, efficient and genuine and I was very pleased with my visit!
