I absolutely recommend Doug's and all who work there! They offer exceptional lens installation and glasses repair, and everyone is helpful and pleasant. They didn't even charge me on one occasion (because they know I'll definitely be back :). Great shop!

The customer service here is the best I’ve ever received. They care about their customers! Had a hiccup with Sanford optical center and Doug took care of me right away and made sure I had a temporary pair of glasses to wear while I waited for my new ones! Highly recommend

Great customer service! Best selection of frames that I've found in Fargo/Moorhead. I've tried Zenni, Warby Parker and other places online, but you can't beat trying on glasses in person.
