Excellent, excellent, excellent service. Dr. Williams was informative, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff was friendly as well. After I got my prescription i went right next door where they sell frames and have the lenses ordered for you. They were extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and good-natured. The only regret that I have at this moment is that I can't give them 10 stars. They surely deserve it. -matt c

The experience there was fine until I got my glasses back. Whoever put them together jammed the lenses in and obviously never sized them correctly. As a result the anti-scratch coating was useless and the lenses scratched on the outside very quickly. The frames have after a year broken in 3 places from the stress of the lenses constantly pushing outward on them. I don't see how a professional would look at these and think they were acceptable. Especially at $400.

Yesterday 7/11/19, I contacted David at Ogden Optical regarding an issue with my son's glasses. He had broken them along where the frame meets the rail. In short I visited 5 other proprietors in Wilmington. They could not repair them. Ogden Optical had the specialized drill that could remove tge broken screw in his glasses. David worked on them about 18 to 20 minutes. He removed tge damaged screw, re threaded tge hole and replaced the lenses, and screws. He adjusted and ckeanef tge glasses. I would like to point out my son is not a patient at Ogden nor did I purchase his glasses there. David did mot care. He fixed them in a timely and professional manner. While waiting I saw three customers/patients who were receiving services. The stsff at Ogden Optical treated those folks very wrll and were so kind. I asked how much my fee would be, he said there's no charge, tell you son to have a nice summer. Folks Ogden Optical is awesome. I'll be going back for services soon , when it's time fir my sons yearly eye check. I highly recommend Ogden Optical!!

I've bought every pair of glasses I've had from David for he past 30+ years, with one exception. That one time was awful and I was pressured into something I didn't want. Luckily, my dog ate them! So I went back and got some new glasses from David. They always give good advice and tell me if what I'm trying on looks good or not. They have made my sunglasses, too, sometimes in crazy frames I've found and brought in. Somehow they're always perfect, I think these folks are magical :)
