I have been using them for years and have been great until recently. Back in June I knew I was about to quit my job (and would lose my insurance) so I called to confirm my contact prescription was still valid and wasn’t due for an eye exam the lady who answered the phone and confirmed I was good until next year....well surprise surprise I go to order contacts and am told I have to come in for an eye exam. I explain the whole situation and was just told oh well there’s nothing we can do....very unprofessional and unapologetic towards the situation. Who I spoke to on the phone was so rude over the phone.I definitely will be looking for a new eye dr ASAP.

He is very thorough, professional, and I have never had any issues with the glasses or contacts he prescribed (except when I refused to switch to bi-focals, but that's on me- he told me I wouldn't be happy). I have seen many eye doctors over the years, and he is by far the best.

Last year I took my daughter for an eye exam with Dr. Steven Miller because she was having issues with blurry vision. I was her age when I started wearing glasses because I am nearsighted so I kind of expected her to possibly get the same diagnosis. Dr. Miller quickly realized that she was not nearsighted but that she had a convergence insufficiency. He explained to both of us what the symptoms were and I realized she had been struggling with this for a while. She's a very bright child and makes all A's but has always struggled with anything that required a great deal of reading. She could comprehend what she was reading but it alway took her a long time to read. She would get headaches, watery eyes, blurry vision, and she would often seem very tired after reading. She would always require extra time on testing at school to complete the reading portions. Dr. Miller explained the vision therapy services offered at Miller Vision and how they could help her. I signed her up for vision therapy immediately. Within the first few sessions she could tell she wasn't having many of the symptoms anymore or they were less pronounced. By the end of her treatment she no longer needed extra time on tests to finish the reading portions and she loves reading again! It was a great relief to find a solution that was non-invasive and effective. I am grateful to Dr. Miller for recognizing that there was a deeper issue going on and for testing her to make sure we had the correct diagnosis.

Best eye doctors in greensboro. If you see the Son, Mom/wife or Dad/Husband you will receive a quality, thorough and professional eye exam. I’ve seen all of them and can’t complain about a thing. The glasses area of the office and the ladies who work over there are so nice, and can fix any problem you have with your glasses and will get your glasses on your face perfect. Everyone at this office takes their time and ensures you leave with quality in all aspects of your visit. They deal with any problem without a second thought and will give you honest advice and send you in the right direction no matter what. I trust these people with the sense I most need in my life and would recommend to anyone.

The woman optometrist is absolutely horrible. Do not under any circumstance see her. She is rude and has underlying psychological issues. I would not want anyone's eye health in her hands. Interestingly, her husband is great, so if you come to visit their establishment, make sure you see the male Dr. Miller, not his wife!

Just a few years ago, I developed a lens issue and Dr. Sally Miller guided me through that issue until it was necessary to have lens replacement surgery, and has continued the great care since.
