I've been a long time client of this practice (10+ years). As of last year, they began a policy where they'll only see 2 members of a family in the same day. Being a single parent of 2 and all 3 of us in glasses, this is a major inconvenience. I work 20ish minutes away and don't have time to take off of work multiple times to schedule multiple appointments. Even after explaining this they still don't care. My family has never missed an appointment and we're punished for others mistakes. I really loved the quality of service I've received over the years, but this is a deal breaker for me.

Wasn't told until I got there and asked that my vision insurance was out of network, despite spending 15 minutes on the phone when making my appointment giving them all of my insurance information. A little bit upset that I wasted my time driving out there and would have been charged $140 for the visit had I not asked about my insurance coverage. I believe this should be addressed at the time that insurance information is given over the phone, otherwise what's the point of asking? Although this was a pain, the staff I encountered today did seem somewhat pleasant.

Recently had an exam with Dr. Bradbury. Friendly staff at front desk, assistants and Doctor were professional and gave me an excellent exam. I even received a personalized thank you from Dr. Bradbuey.

Awesome doctor's, but the staff at the front for check in are not very friendly. Also the account manager doesn't return telephone calls and stated to my ex wife I refused to pay a bill. I am guessing some of the staff here are used to the more well to do clients. We for years have normally gone to the Lewisville Office and never had an issue. Beware sending you older children there for their appointments by themselves.

My Family has been with Carolina Eye Care for many years. We would never consider going anywhere else! Our 19 year old has been in contacts since the 5th grade. My husband has severe dry eyes as well as glasses. I began wearing bifocals in my 40's. Their exams are thorough. All of the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and make everything easy to understand. The staff is also very attentive and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong by going here.

My entire family sees the team at Carolina Center for Eye Care, and I have seen every doctor in the office over the years. They all are great. They provide very good care, and want to make sure you are taken care of. The team also supports them well - they have helped us out a number of times when my kids have run out/low on contacts. Highly recommend the team. Writing this review because a few months back, I got LASIK from Duke Eye Care by Terry M. Semchyshyn. That experience was fantastic, and I'm very happy with my new eyes. I also wanted to complement Dr Allison Lyerly on support and care (follow up visits after the surgery). She really made sure that my eyes were healing properly. Bottom line, great team of doctors, and support crew. They want to make sure your sight is great, and care about the results - all of this based on many years of experience with them from a family of four.

I received the worst service I have ever received at this eye doctor. I was told my insurance would cover everything and it covered nothing. I was over charged and lied to and treated horribly. They knew I did not have insurance before my son was seen and chose not to tell me until after the appointment. Then overcharged me $200.00 when the cash price is $140.00. They are a very dishonest company. I will never use them again.

This is the best place I’ve ever been for eye care! I could tell the doctor genuinely cares for my eye health above all else. I never felt like they were pushy or selly. Tanya helped me pick out my glasses frames, and she took the time to compare all options with my insurance to see which would cost less for me. I really appreciated the time they took on me and that they treated me so nicely and not like just another number. Thanks guys!!
