Great service! I waited 2 hours at Cohen's for an eye exam and when it was my turn the doctor walked out. I called a number of places but couldn't get a same day appointment. I got a same day appointment and had my eye exam right away when I walked in. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. The optician, Roman, verified my insurance while I was getting my eye exam and took care of all paper work. Best experience getting an eye exam in my 30 years of wearing glasses. Highly recommended! I have bought 3 pairs of glasses at Michael's Optical over the last couple of years and love all of them. Roman worked with me on each pair to make sure the lenses and frames were perfect. I only see out of one eye so getting it right is important! He recently introduced me to Hoya lenses and I love them. He has a great selection of everyday eyewear as well as prescription sport glasses. Great local shop and worth the trip if you don't live in the neighborhood.

I have never written a review for ANYTHING before, but I felt compelled this time since it was reviews by other users that lead me to this place. The doctor was very patient, knowledgeable, and really NICE. I originally went in to figure out why my contacts were bothering me, but thought while I was there, I would update my glasses prescription too. I opted to update my lenses for glasses and the staff was able to do so very fast! I don't have eye insurance, so this was VERY affordable. But they accept different insurances as well. Highly recommend!!!

Fast, affordable and very pleasant experience I ever had. When I broke my expensive shades I needed new ones fast. I was passing by Michaels optical just walked in and already had smiling face welcoming me and my husband right by the front door. Store has great selection and I had so much to choose from. Great. the team at Michaels fixed my prescription on the first trip through my insurance and fixed my glasses at no cost to me. The previous optics company (shall not be named) i went to had messed up my prescription twice. So the experience was a huge relief. Thank you
