Was walking by and was intrigued by the succulents dislayed in the front so I walked in. Too expensive for glasses made in CHINA. But I still liked the look and would have even purchased something but staff was dismissive and just continued personal chitchat about what they will have for lunch while I helped myself. Beautiful store and glasses but needs better help

Weird.... there's 5 stars for this place from the same person who couldn't even get my sunglasses tightened. Had to take my $400 Garrett Leight sunglasses to my optician to replace screws. Don't let Sean touch your glasses.

Theo was great! They didn't attack me when I entered the store like most sales people, but let me breathe and check out the merch on my own for a bit. Once I had a few questions they were more than happy to help.

I bought a pair of readers there. Five minutes later, I went to Bloomingdales down the street and saw the exact same glasses for $25 less. I called the store and asked to either return the glasses or have the prices matched. They refused to do either and said I should take up the matter with the corporate office. I emailed the corporate office twice and spoke to Katie there. Katie promised to call back later that day. Still have not heard from them. Do not do business with this store or with Garrett Leight unless you want to be ripped off.

Amazing customer service and beautifully curated space! Sean was very helpful suggesting frames for the shape and size of my face. He even tightened and cleaned my glasses while I was browsing.

Really generous exchange policy here- I picked out a pair of glasses but ultimately decided I wanted something different. Nadia was great, she gave me no trouble at all for wanting to exchange them and she was super patient with me when it took me some time to decide what I ultimately wanted. She knows their inventory really well and helped me pick out a great new pair of glasses.

Beautifully designed frames, clips and lens. Brian was awesome and extremely patient while I was on the hunt for the perfect & unique frame. Highly recommended!!

I mean I don't care about the made in China, I care about the fact that all the frames look like they were designed by someone that only draws in sharpie. They are all almost the same thing!

Cool store design but really bad customer service. I needed my lens replaced. I called in to see if they can order it ahead of time and they told me to just come into the store. When I got to the store, the staff told me they need to order it and they would call me. So what was the point of me coming in? Can't you do that over the phone when I called you the first time? To top it off, they never called me. I had to call them a few weeks later to confirm they didn't forget the order.
