"BE AWARE" Do not go to this place!!! The Doctor there is very nice, but the lady that orders your glasses for you (Heather) screws up bad!! She kept giving me the wrong prescription!! She is supposed to call you when your glasses are ready... but she never does! Several people that I talk to have said the same thing. She is terrible!! I wonder if Dr. Matthews knows that she does his clients like this. She is making his office look really bad. I do not recommend this place! I will not be going back and neither will my wife or friends!!!!!!! I've been wearing glasses for years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had!!!!! :(

This office is probably one of the best run in town. Its easy to get in for an appointment, you get called in promptly at your scheduled time. State of the art equipment and a caring Dr. Matthews who is thorough and explains everything completely. Heather in the optical side is very helpful and is honest when it comes time to select frames! She got me to try something new today that I wouldn't have chosen myself!

Dr. Matthews and his staff are great! He listens and takes time with his patients. He is thorough in conducting eye exams and uses the latest technology and education for assessing vision issues. I would highly recommend Advanced Vision Care!

Great place. Great Dr. wonderful staff. Not a huge corporation...they care about their patients. When my daughter got something in her eye and she was hurting they helped her quickly and made it all better. Bring your family there you will be happy you did!!!

Their office has always been extremely considerate of my schedule and work really hard to make sure they have a time that works best for me, super accommodating! They were also very generous and allowed me to sample numerous contacts when I had a tough time making decisions! Dr. Mathews went above and beyond to help me understand the condition of my visions and made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend this office they provide a wonderful experience across the board!

Doesnt take medicaid and in a small city it makes it harder to find efficient good and fast service. Disappointed, especially when majority of population is medicaid and it is not only because some are not able or just dont work but i would rather hope to say most of us work we just dont make enough...
