Wow last week I broke my glasses do you want to my glasses and I just went to Reems and he said he'll see if he can fix it he fix the arm but you nose pieces and didn't charge me a dime sometimes it's not about the money it's about the people and I will get my next pair of glasses from rims good job well done

The owner refused to do measurements for my eyeglasses. I have a high prescription, so it's important. He kept yelling that I needed cheap eyeglasses and that they make quality ones. I also asked if he would give me a certificate of authenticity for Crizal lenses, but he got mad at me again. I thought I had a right to know if I was paying over $350. He told me to look somewhere else. If he doesn't customize eyeglasses, he should have just said so.
