Racist as hell. And the people that work the front desk have nasty attitudes. Don't waste your time.One day, I went into the store and showed them my defective glasses and I was told there was nothing wrong them, (which is basically their way of saying it's not their problem.) So I kindly asked the girl at the front desk to elaborate on why I could not get a discount another pair since I just bought the glasses less than a month ago. She said it showed signs of "abuse". I said "How"? Right away, she began to get overly emotional. " You don't believe me? Fine." Then she MARCHED to the back of the store to get the manager. I'm standing there like what the hell? So the manager walked up to me already annoyed. No good morning or nothing. He just said with an abrasive tone, “we can't take this”. If we give it back to the manufacturer they won't give us credit". Mind you, I paid damn near $200 for these glasses in the first place. Now they're telling me that there is nothing they can do because it is not to their benefit. Wow. But the funny thing is, I'm not even mad at that. I'm mad at the fact that they treated me like I was being difficult in the first place. All I asked for was a better understanding of the "abuse" claim. But no. She smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes and ran to get her manager. What's all that for? Black people(American, Afro latinos, etc). Don't come here. They'll accept our money. But We're not welcomed. Just browsing around the store gets them triggered. On more than one occasion, I got stared down. Followed. Rushed to hurry up. (I was the only in the store)Keep in mind, this store is small. So imagine how obvious and unsettling it is. I don’t know why I put up with this place for as long as I did. But no more. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? What dog? The frame was defective. And i find it funny yet not surprising that you wouldn’t acknowledge the “racist” aspect of my post..
