I've recanted my early pour review on this company sorry for the delayed switch. I spoke with the manager of the store before I came back home to Oregon. I can't remember his name, but he was very professional when I was not. He undoubtedly righted the wrong and turned me back onto not only the Oakley Vault, but Oakley all together. I left the store feeling excellent and love the glasses! They are holding up excellently, and just as he said the scratches are not on issue with my lenses. The manager had an extremely passionate respect, and knowledge for Oakley's. I will personally continue to shop here, thanks for everything!

There was no line in the store with two employees behind the cashier a guy and a red hair girl, I tried returning a recent purchase and the girl was very rude and said she was finishing up with another customer. I waited 15 minutes and still nothing.... I walked out.... horrible customer service.

Zero stars! I bought a pair of Oakley Wiretaps last August at this Charlotte outlet mall location. One of the stems fell apart last week, so I figured no big deal, manufacturing defect.. there's a two year warranty. Well, when I take them back in with my proof of purchase, I'm told they're actually not under warranty, because I purchased a display pair. But of course, they'll be happy to sell me a new pair at a 25% discount. While the original price wasn't full retail, I wasn't told there would be no warranty when I made the purchase. I asked for a 50% discount as a compromise. Nope. Can't do it. There's a buy one pair, get the second 50% off anyway, so 25% off is a chump offer. Just found the same genuine Oakley sunglasses elsewhere for half what they charge retail here. Congratulations on your excellent customer service, Oakley Vault. I won't be back, and I suggest you shop elsewhere too.

I've had Oakley's now for about 5 years. I bought a new pair last weekend. The sweet sales lady helped me for over 45 minutes. She told me what she thought about the shape and color of each pair I put on! I finally decided on a pair, bought them, and left. I really thought I liked them. I was being adventurous and trying a different color lens. After wearing them for a week I was tired of feeling seasick every time I turned my head too fast. I went back to the store today and did an exchange. The man that helped me today was amazing. He explained the difference in the lens color and was super nice about the exchange. Really no questions asked. I probably over shared my reasons! Lol This store is the place to buy Oakley's. All the salespeople there are just good people. They care about you, the consumer. Drop in if you are in the area or drive an hour to get there if you are in the market. They make you feel like family. THANKS OAKLEY!

I purchased my sunglasses four months ago. They are not cheap at Oakley. They are scratch resistant. I went in today and asked them if they would warrantee my scratched lenses and they said they could sell me new lenses for $100. I asked them why they wouldn't warrantee my scratch resistant lenses when they are indeed scratched and she said they aren't scratch proof just scratch resistant and they only warrantee manufactures defects, not normal wear and tear. I expected them to take care of me and they did not. I'll be looking for another sunglass company who will stand behind their expensive sunglasses. No more Oakley's for me.

I had a pleasant experience here. The two staff members helped us pick out a pair of sunglasses that were included in the sale. Compared to other Oakley locations, I feel that you do save a significant amount by shopping here. Everything in the store was 40% during our visit plus some additional offers like $35 off a pair of sunglasses. I love how everything was so neatly folded and organized. It was easy to find just what we needed without sorting through piles and racks of clothing. I highly recommend coming here for the deals and overall laid back feeling of the store.

The lenses bubbled and pealed within 3 months of purchase. Obviously a manufacturer defect and the store was less than willing to help. They immediately just tried selling us a new pair. I will never return. Buyer beware!

Great service. I lost my Flak Xl Golf Prizm on the golf course and paid full price for them. I was going to buy a cheaper replacement pair but they let me buy the pair on display using their $30 discount on these non polarized lens when the discount was only for polarized models. Plus gave me another10% off. So I was ecstatic to walk out replacing my glasses at a cost of what I was willing to pay on less expensive models.

Nice store, happened to go in during a sale so that helped. Of course everything is rather expensive but you definitely sense the quality in their products. Got a polo, they had a really nice "tactical" looking backup, and got 2 pairs of polarized sunglasses.
