I was referred to Jena optical by a fellow employee. The optometrist was great and taught me things I never knew about before. Small places like Jena optical are extremely better to go to your because they care about you as a customer and not just another dollar in their pocket. I ordered my glasses, got them in the next week and that the lenses put in in one day. Great service, I would recommend Jena optical to anyone!

These guys helped me out. Super nice. I am Swedish - Australian and needed contact lenses for a skiing weekend on a Friday. The manager gave me a sample 2 week supply of contact lenses complimentary including lenses fluid. I was basically a passing stranger and they helped me out. Kudos and Respect.

This place is awesome the ophthalmologist I saw is amazing gives great advice on how to take care of your eyes . Everyone is super friendly and they are all knowledgeable about eye allergies will recommend this place superb thanks !!!

I just needed one quick adjustment for my glasses and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They were so friendly and efficient! They didn't even charge me! Definitely will go back there for my future needs.

I can always depend on Keith to handle my issues with the utmost consideration....which can be tough since I am the original Princess and the Pea. The slightest thing can create an issue for my vision. He has always been patient with me, and sticks with me until I can see properly. I can't say enough about how important that is. Kudos all around!

Had a contact eye exam there. Prices are high for contacts that are not in stock. The equipment used for eye exam is filthy and greasy with other people's oil. Looks like the equipment has never been cleaned. Very unsanitary.

I tried to get replacement nose pads for my Tom Ford glasses and the office was 0 help. I bought my glasses here when my others broke, and the service at that time was great. The person kept telling me that any nose pad would fit which is not the case as I have taken my glasses to other stores who do not carry Tom Ford. Terrible service for $1300 glasses.

I am so glad that I found this place. I was able to make an appointment for the same day, get my eyes check, order my glasses and have them custom fit within three days. I would have been able to have had glasses sooner but I placed a special order for Ray Ban Clubmasters. I'm so glad that Ray Ban is offering them again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they made everything so easy. They told me exactly what my insurance covered and how to maximize my yearly spend. Thank you, I'll definitely be back next year for a new pair of glasses, even if I don't need them because they're just so friendly and they made caring for my eyes a pleasure.

Jena Optical has a wonderful selection of frames. The optometrist was great. Wendy Joseph was thorough and very knowledgeable even with my complicated vision issues. I felt that she was doing more than her “job” with my eyes. The staff was very helpful and didn’t rush me either.

I love this place. Compared to the many other optical places I visited that day, this store has very reasonable prices. I wasn't pushed to buy anything; I could just take my time and peruse the store. Before coming here I was at Cohen's Optical on 23rd and let me tell you, it was like night and day; slum and high rise. So my insurance covers up to $200 on frames. At Cohen's that could have gotten me crooked, plastic Dollar Tree frames; at Jena's I could get Dolce and Gabana, Ray Bans, Marc by Marc Jacobs, etc. for less than the price of Cohen's Dollar Tree frames. My only complaint is that they didn't call me when my glasses were ready. I had to call them to check on availabilities.
