My family has been coming to Jans for 15+ years for frames, sunglasses, and Dr Matzo. Jan has the best service, and the most exclusive brands hands down. Dita, Thom Browne, Oliver Peoples, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, Tom Ford, Saint Laurent...I can go on for days. When you come here there is always someone waiting to help you find the perfect frame. Through the many pairs of frames I’ve purchased over the years I can tell you that this is the only place you should buy glasses from. Jennifer puts over 25 different styles of frames on me to make sure I get the perfect fit and look. (happens more then you’d think) These are the type of people you want to know and to do business with. Thanks again for all of help and wonderful care. Excited for My new Thom Browne’s :)!

Called to make an appointment for my dry eyes. I was greeted and told very rudely that the doctor is on vacation and then asked to make an appointment for when the doctor is back and was rudely told they're booked until the end of June. Maybe get a job where you don't need to talk to people...

What a horrible place. I called and who ever answered the pone was rude as hell. They told me not to call back. Obviously Jans Optical doesn't care about the customer what so ever!!!! Never go to this place.
