Not only do they have the most fashion forward selection of glasses in the area, but the level of service is out of this world. They looked at me and pulled every frame they thought would look good. Nothing was too much for them. Thanks to all the Fortuna staff, friends for life!

I can't say enough great things about Fortuna Optical. Everyone there is exceptional when it comes to customer service. Not only do they treat you like family but they take the time to listen to your needs and help you with exactly what you are looking for. The quality and style of their eyewear is amazing. I will never go back to any big mall establishment ever again. My only regret is that I didn't discover Fortuna Optical years ago. If you have not shopped here for eyeglasses, you owe it to yourself to try Fortuna Optical, you will not be disappointed.

I just left Fortuna Optial. When I went there initally to pick out my frames I couldnt have been more pleased with their selection. They had very classy frames along with some interesting different frames that I have not seen anywhere else.. and I have been looking for quite sometime now for something different. They were very helpful and objective with their opinions. I didnt feel as if I was being pushed into buying anything, they just wanted me to look good and be happy with my choice. Now I have a fabulous new pair of glasses and can't wait to go back to see what else I can get!! Great customer service .. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The selection and variety of eyewear here is the best in this region or almost anywhere. . I have browsed stores all over the world You can't get the unique styles they have at a chain or big box store. Maybe in Paris, but the selection at Fortuna could edge out most shops there, too. They also stand behind all their sales with their personal attention to your continued satisfaction. If you want great eyewear to up your game, this is the place.

Fortuna Optical is a treasure. The selection of frames is extensive and they get new styles in frequently. There is always something new to try on and the brands are high-end and fashion forward...not your average optical shop frame selection. Plus, there are frames for every budget. And then there’s the staff...everyone is so nice and they work really hard to please you. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I have been a customer for 3 years and I will continue to be one.

Thanks to Chris and Liz for coming through once again. First of all, Liz always chooses the best frames. Chris then puts everything together. This time, in addition to a pair of everyday frames, Chris also added some unusual custom tint to a few more frames. He matched colors from photographs online. They are fantastic and one of a kind. Can't say enough about this place. A+ all the way. ... This time around, the gang tracked down a pair of very unusual and special frames. Lenses were put in and they are good to go. Thanks again!
