Do not expect good service or honest pricing! I ordered sunglass lenses for existing frames which had clear lenses. I asked for pricing on thin lenses like I currently had in there. She gave me prices for tinted & polarized. I chose the more expensive Polarized for $200 (single prescription). When I picked them up I found, the lenses are sticking out of the frames a 1/8 inch. These are thick frames and my other lenses were recessed slightly in them. When I questioned it I was told the prescription was the "least thin" if I wanted them thinner it would be $40-150 additional depending how thin. I asked to just get them adjusted and I would try those. They couldn't adjust them at that location!! You must go to their other location 0.8mi away! She asked me if I had a car to go to their other location! I didn't. Over the weekend, I was nauseas from them being out of alignment with the new prescription. Monday, I drove to the other location. When I complained, the dr. said "you could've walked, I walk between them". His tone was nasty and he should not assume that I had physical ability & time to walk almost a mile! He did adjust them, and I can see out of them, but really disappointed with the service & the product (being too thick).

I love this store. The store itself is nice and clean and built green. The staff are very friendly. They also have the best selection of the most elegant eyeglasses and sunglasses that I have seen.

This is the absolute worst optical that I have had the misfortune of visiting They are extremely unprofessional The doctor wanted to put somebody in front of me because I wanted to run out to my car which was right in front of the business to put a quarter in the meter so that I wouldn’t get a ticket I finally told her fine let’s get on with the exam I’ll chance the ticket and she refused to see me Don’t waste your time in this place the parking is horrible the people there are Disgusting and rude they don’t care about you they don’t care about your time they have no respect for Their patients

2 months ago, i walked in ,got examined and ordered eye glasses and contact lens ,3 weeks later got a call that the glasses were ready, picked the glasses and was bar,couldn't see nothing, so they ordered a new one,2 weeks later got new glasses and the lens, the glasses were bad again,wrongly prescribe and the lens weren't right either, so i kept the lens but they ordered a new lens and new glasses,2 weeks later got the new glasses but can't see right on the 3nd one,give up on the glasses but still waiting for new contact lens,today is 08/19/2018,still waiting, that's how good is this business.

They provide misleading information to clients..in person and on the phone is totally different information. One said your insurance will cover but once you make the appointment you have to pay a fee for the exam. I've been having this insurance for years and never paid a single $. I went to another place and they took it and I didn't have to pay anything and I got my contact lenses without paying anything.

I started coming to this eye doctor about a year ago and it has been nothing but pleasant! The cost for an eye exam is significantly lower than most eye doctors in the area. They only have 1 doctor working there and at my previous eye doctor, there was always a different doctor when I would come in for my exams. But what I love the most is that they allow you to order your contacts and then pay for them when you pick them up. At my previous eye doctor, you were not allowed to order your contacts until you paid for them. I don't have ton of money laying around ready to be spent so this is the biggest bonus for me!!!
