Don’t let one bad review scare you off that was the old owner. The new owner Ken is a great guy and a pleasure to work with 100% professional . He really knows his stuff I brought in an extremely high-end handmade pair of eyeglasses and he took care of them without a problem . For that reason I walked out of there with two new pairs of sunglasses . He has my business again and again hopefully he will have yours also .

Buyer Be Aware: This business does not deserve one star. Ray, the owner is extremely underhanded, he does not stand behind his products and he has no sense of customer satisfaction. My next step is to report him to the Better Business Bureau. I made more than one purchase at this store and when trying to return unused merchandise he refused to process a refund for eyewear that could have easily been put back on display. While the receipt clearly indicates a 20% restocking fee, that I was willing to absorb, he refused to honor the transaction. There is no policy that would alert a customer they would not be able to return unused merchandise within a given period of time. Your dollars would be better spent at Myoptic Eyewear in Nashua. They go out of their way to provide customer satisfaction.

The owner is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Truly cares about his customers. A wide selection of frames for both regular glasses and sunglasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at the Vision Shop! I was assisted by Ken the new owner who was very friendly and efficient. He was extremely thorough when he was fitting me for my frames. I was so happy with the selections of eye glass frames he had in the store that I couldn’t resist also buying a pair of prescription designer sunglasses as well! This by far is the best experience I have had buying frames.
