I was in the area on vacation and broke my glasses, gave these folks a call and the nice lady said come in. I went to the office and my glasses were fixed in a matter of minutes. Very nice people! Oh and if you go in make sure to say hello to the sleeping guard dog.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. If I had to pick between returning here or driving 150 miles in a Blizzard to another Optometrist, I'd risk the 150 miles.

Marty is always upbeat, helpful, honest, and cares. When I recieved my last perscription I went to the optomitrist at Midstate and I was given an estimate I thought was pretty high went down the Hill to Plymouth Optical and I was able to save $150.00, not bad for a 200 Yard trip! Later ( a week) when I lost my glasses in 65' of water Marty came to the rescue and gave me a break on a new pair. Thanks Marty!

Great shop and great service with a friendly caring attitude. I accidentally broke the frames on my custom lens glasses and with no back up pair, I needed to have glasses back in service fast. But with a custom lens and a frame I knew I couldn’t find again, I was pretty sure I was in trouble. So, with low expectations, I stopped into Plymouth Optical Shoppe to find out what the bad news would be and how long before I would have glasses back in hand. Martin, the owner greeted me with a smile and informed me that he may be able to make the lenses work with a frame that is in stock and if I didn’t mind waiting, he could reshape the lens and have me back in business in a short time. Martin could have pushed a whole new lens and frames on me and made a whole lot more profit. Instead, he took care of me and had me back in business in no time with new frames, a reshaped lens, and adjusted to properly fit on my individual head. Try and get that kind of service online! Thank Martin/ Plymouth Optical Shoppe! I’ll be coming back anyway to get that new set up as after my next eye appointment. I think it’s high time I had a backup pair!
