I will not return to the Londonderry office. The receptionist was extremely rude. I was given 2 appointment options for the same week and when I said I was not able to make either for that week, to push it off until the following week I was told "You have to." I politely stated it was not possible due to my work schedule and she continued to argue with me telling me I had to, suggesting someone else bring in my daughter, then offered for me to go to the Manchester office for that same week. Which I again stated "That week is not a possibility." She continued to push so I walked out. ***EDIT*** I will say the Dr was great. Too bad the first and last person seen in that office was terrible.

My son received top notch care from the pediatric opthamologist, Dr. Wong. Not only does she have excellent credentials, she couldn't have been any nicer to both my son and me and put us both at ease. I loved that they have a separate area of the practice just for children that is bright and cheery. After my son's eyes were dilated and we had to wait, we were able to relax in a comfy room with a tv and books instead of a typical boring medical office waiting room. (He didn't want to have to go back to school!) My husband has also seen one of the opthamologists for routine exams and been very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend this group for pediatric or adult eye care!

The optical department will not take the 30 seconds to provide pupillary distance if requested even after I've spend hundreds of dollars and already purchased glasses with them. They claim they would be liable if they give out pupillary distance and glasses were made somewhere else incorrectly using that measurement, which is a poor excuse. The same argument could be said about giving out a prescription, which could just as easily be made incorrectly somewhere else. I have a right to know the full measurements of my eyes needed to make my prescription and how I use those measurements is my business. They just want to monopolize how you purchase your glasses so you can't get them online without the insane markup, which is why Massachusetts made it a law to provide pupillary distance as part of your prescription. Guess I'll be going to MA for my eye care until NH updates the law to stop places like this from making millions off people's visual impairment.

Dr. Lazos explained the procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail lessening my anxiety about the surgery. Customer service and manner at NH Eye Associates was abysmal, to say the least. I don't think I've ever been made to feel so small in my life, from the woman at the registration desk who made a big deal about not knowing whether or not they accepted my insurance/who to bill (my insurance more than covers my visit, by the way) to the Physicians Assistant who severely talked down to me (sorry I didn't understand her instructions and asked her to explain more clearly) to the doctor who, when I asked if he had any recommendations for discomfort I was having, automatically assumed I was looking for prescription pain medicine (I wasn't). I received a phone call this morning informing me that the plastic surgeon they have on staff wasn't going to be able to make it in (weather related, I totally understand), but when I voiced my being upset with the fact that the earliest they could reschedule me was for a month from now, even know that I was experiencing extreme discomfort, the woman on the phone told me that I sounded like I had just woken up, so I probably would have missed my appointment anyhow (that they called me an hour before my appointment and that I live within walking distance of their office notwithstanding, I was awake; I suppose my sleepy voice and my annoyed voice sound similar). The Doctors on staff here may be very qualified, indeed, I believe they are, and just tend to be overwhelmed sometimes, but the front office staff are horrible and absolutely make me not want to visit NH Eye Associates again, once I'm done with my current problem

I also bring my Mom to see Dr Correnti for her macular degeneration and his care and kindness towards my 94 yr old mom is above and beyond ... as is his expertise in the field. Went to see Dr. Correnti on 9/12/14, I can't say enough good things about him and the staff that I had contact with. From Betty at Check in/out to Nicki & Danielle who preformed tests that were done. Everyone was so caring, compassionate and very thorough. Each of them explained everything they were doing and Dr. Correnti took so much time listening to me describe what was going on with my eye then explaining the results of the tests and showing my husband and myself the pictures. To top it off they figure out what the problem was, Thank you to all! I would HIGHLY recommend NH Eye Assoc.

Over the past year or so I've met with 4 different people in the optical department. Each has been very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Just recently I went in at the end of the day and all three of the ladies there dropped what they were doing and helped me replace my busted glasses under warranty. I am very grateful for the pediatric eye doctor! This office is a bit of a drive for me especially making it with an infant. BUT it is well worth it for the doctors. The care that they have given to my now 5 month old daughter is incredible! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them all. I recently went to NH Eye Associates in Manchester, NH, for an (overdue) vision exam and new lenses and frames, and am thoroughly happy with my experience there. I found the service to be first rate, top quality: prompt, pleasant, expert service across the board. This rating is based on my extensive personal experience: I've had glasses for over 45 years (since I was 8 years old) and have an unusual prescription for progessive myopia (almost -12 diopters) The staff at check in, in the doctor's office, and in the optical shop were patient, pleasant, accurate, and efficient. The exam was comprehensive, and the optical shop has great prices and quality for both lenses and frames. My new prescription was made quickly, free of defects, and is very comfortable. I highly recommend NH Eye Associates in Manchester to anyone who needs hassle-free quality eye care.

With age came the my very first eye appointment. It was recommended to me to check out NH Eye from a friend. The parking was plentiful and the location was easy to get to. The check-in staff were kind and efficient. I was impressed with the casual yet professional atmosphere. After the exam, the Dr. explained what was going on very clearly and recommended a prescription for readers. I can no longer claim that I have 20/20 vision but at least I found an Eye doctor that treated me like a person not a number.

From the moment I was in getting my exam until the moment I left their way overpriced retail area I got the impression they were less concerned with my eyesight and more concerned with making money. After seeing what they were charging for glasses. I left without purchasing anything. The woman acted as though I had insulted her when I told her I could afford what she suggested. They refused to give me the measurements for my pupil distance so I could order online. I’ll be looking for another eye doctor.

I developed a serious eye infection over the weekend greenish yellow fluid was running out of my eye, there was a good deal of fluid pressure and swelling I first went to Urgent Care that was next to useless endeavour for an eye problem. I saw an Opthomologist at NH Eye Associates the following Tuesday-they would has seen me Monday but I am disabled and transportation would have been a problem. An opthomologist examined my eye prescribed a course of treatment and wanted me to return every couple of days until good progress was made in curing the infection. I do not have to worry about being called patch as I received very good care from NH Eye Associates . The support staff was professional,courteous and helpful.

What a heartfelt and supportive experience I had with the Manchester, NH Eye Associates' staff! I was recently suffering from a terrible pain and mucus in my left eye, which remained closed, along with a pounding headache for about three days! As a long-time patient, I called the office on Monday, for an immediate appointment with my doctor. My doctor's appointment schedule was already filled up; except for an opening on Friday. The Rep. was very understanding and very concerned about my condition, so she took the time to search for the option of another doctor's availability! She was finally able to set me up for Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Upon my arrival, the process to register and prepare me for my visit with the doctor began, with great friendliness and professionalism. A similar atmosphere continued, when I met the doctor and underwent her diligent and professional examination, diagnosis and recommended treatment! Thankfully, the treatment worked and I was able to take my previously scheduled, outgoing flight, on Monday! Thanks a million to the doctors and staff of the NH Eye Associates, Manchester, for your caring and professional services, rendered to your patients!

been going here for years, and been wearing contacts since I was 16, now 30, and all of a sudden for my routine eye exam they want a contact lens fitting fee??! And they have no records prior to 2 years ago when they did their move in the building and and lost all their data...so apparently my word isn't good enough that I've been an established patient for years and I certainly don't need any lens fitting, but they wouldn't take off the rediculous $50 plus fee, or whatever it was, even though they know insurance doesn't cover it. HIGHLY AVOID, they tried to refuse to give my sister her lens rx because they wanted to charge her a lens fitting fee and her situation is the same as mine. This WAS the family eye doctor for years until they started pulling this scam. STAY AWAY
