This place was nice until MVC bought it out. The eye exam itself was fine, pretty standard. But everything else was terrible. The salesman was very pushy about trying to put me in the glasses that he wanted to see me in and I couldn't even go around and look at the glasses I liked. He kept trying to sell me at sunglasses when I told him I didn't need sunglasses and I just wanted to change my old sunglasses prescription but he kept insisting that there was sale for two for one and trying to make me buy more things that I did not need. I am only 18 and I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am on my parents insurance and they were insisting that I pay for things that I couldn't afford that should've been billed to my parents insurance and not to me directly. I do not recommend going here at all especially if you are a young person such as myself.

They did not even give me air pressure test or the drops in eyes to test for glaucoma. They asked if I wanna be charged 40 dollars more to get high tech test. I said no so then they didn't give me a test at all!!! The eyeglass guy kept serving other people while it was my turn!

The staff is amazing with finding the right glasses for you. They made you feel comfortable and really took the time to find you style. I was not super impressed with Dr. Groves I felt like he just kind of did what he had to do to get me out of there. There wasn’t a lot of explanation of what was happening. I haven’t been to an eye dr in 20 years and I had no clue what to expect. I kind of felt like a number and that he was to good to talk to me once my exam was over. I would only return for the staff not for the dr. The staff was amazing. Thank you Andrew for your help.

I brought my glasses to this Center because they needed to be repair and adjusted. The service is awesome, Sarah was so nice and professional. She looked at the glasses, noticed what was wrong and repaired right away. I was amazed and grateful!

My daughter ran into MVC Eye Care (a few minutes past opening hours) flustered from the long day she had and the fact that her glasses' screw popped out on the drive home... Andrew was there to save the day she told me! He immediately came to her assistance and made her feel comfortable and calm and said there should be no worries because he would handle everything. He was so kind and inviting and even fitted her glasses properly because her previous eye care facility failed to do so. They are truly passionate about eye care and it shows.

I wish I could say I am as happy a customer as some of the previous reviews. I will say that the staff at the Hampton store is friendly and helpful. However, the ball has been dropped one too many times on my order, and at present I'm not a satisfied customer. Although the staff now seems to be jumping through hoops to ensure my order FINALLY comes in! Hoping for next week!
