Love this place! Eye exams very reasonably priced, and Dr. Belanger very professional and helpful with referrals. Had a pinhole tear on my retina several years ago, and not only was he willing to see me on an emergency basis, but recommended a specialist at Kittery Eye to find and repair the tear when he couldn't find it with his conventional equipment. Sandy Lane is an absolute joy to work with--very professional and gives great recommendations in eye glass options. Customer satisfaction is her top priority!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Sandi and her team. I have been buying my glasses and contacts there for years! They are the perfect example for shopping local. Very knowledgeable, kind and they listen to you and what you are looking for. Not upselling you any chance they can, like many other establishments in the area. Robin and Sandy exemplify quality and customer service. I was outfitted with two pairs of prescription glasses. The optometrist, Dr. Belanger, has amazing bedside manner. There were some minor issues with my glasses and Sandy went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. She even expedited my replacement pair so I'd have them within the week. I shopped around and no other place could come close to matching the prices. A true 5 star establishment.

I had a great experience here. I found them on Google after trying the big chain eyeglass stores. So happy I ended up at this local business that offers a better selection of frames. Robin was helpful and set me up with Sandi that advised me and and took great care of me. Happy to have found a new eyeglass store for my family.

I have a very strong prescription and have a difficult time finding petite frames with a smaller lens size. I called Franklin Block Optical today, 2/9/17 and spoke with Sandy. Sandy was pleasant and knowledgeable. She new just what I was talking about and had several frames she thought would meet the criteria. Sandy related they were planning on closing at noon as we are in the middle of a snow storm but she offered to stay open until I got there !! I arrived about 12:25p. Sandy sized my old frames and started identifying similar frames for me. I had a new pair of Vera Wangs frames that fit and look great in less than 15 minutes!!! Their office space is comfortable, lots of styles available and Sandy's knowledge and customer service was superb. Thank you Sandy. You really did make my day!!! Kim MacLennan
