Got there at 11:00 and didn’t leave until almost 1:00. Testing at 11:00 and see the doctor at 11:30. Never saw doctor until 12:20. I asked why have I been waiting so long. They said the doctor had a couple of emergencies to take care of. Why was that not communicated to me? Once I did see the doctor she was thorough and shared all my eye information with me. Answered all my questions. Communication is key!
