I ordered a pair of glasses from this business without noticing the horrible review they received. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake. I placed the order on 9/24/2018. They immediately emailed order confirmation and charged credit card, but went radio silent after that. They never answer or return phone calls, repeated emails are ignored. On Oct 4th they finally emailed, promising the glasses with "3-4 business days". Today is Oct 15th, still no glasses, and no communications from them either. Do yourself a favor, read the consistent reviews and stay away.

Wonderful - courteous, quick, and efficient! My son broke his glasses and we needed to replace the frames and E-Z Optical had the best price. That's why I originally chose them. But after writing to them, Erika wrote back so quickly and did an amazing job of getting them to us. I was very impressed with this company's ability to meet our needs with courtesy and efficiency. I am so happy I discovered them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you E-Z Optical!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Haven't received my order from 2 months ago 7-20-19 just simple pair of glasses no lense just frame only. BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD. Haven't responded to my emails. Poor customer satisfaction.

Great price for a pair of frames! My nephew broke his favorite pair of glasses a while ago, and we had trouble replacing them. Thank goodness I stumbled upon E-Z Optical! They had the exact frames we were looking for so I ordered a pair, and it arrived today. Just perfect! We have a very happy kiddo who loves his new frames. Shipping does take a bit longer, but the overall experience was worth it. Thank you!! :)

Don't bother with this place. I ordered four frames and two cases in the middle of February. After they took a while to send them, as I believe they must have been shipped from China, two of them were defective. They never sent me the cases. I requested a refund for the cases that they had billed me for and one of the frames that I was returning as it was defective (crooked/used). I also returned the second defective frame and requested a replacement. It took them literally two months to ship those to me. They never answered any of my phone calls or my emails. I was tracking the package after one month but they had sent it to the wrong address. I asked them to correct that and give me a call back and let me know about the status. They never responded and miraculously I received the replaced frame last week. I would have given them one star but I am giving them two, as Erica at the beginning of the whole order called me only once after multiple requests alerting them that their website had bugs and was not working. She told me that they are going to correct those shortly. That was the only voice communication that I received from EZ Optical.

Erika is very knowledgeable and is great at troubleshooting problems. She really cares about helping people, and will even make visits to local homebound patients! Her prices are very affordable, and she doesn't try to push you into high priced items. Her approach is very factual so you can make informed decisions about what you need and can afford. Her integrity and ethics are obvious. I recommend her very highly.

Ordered a eyeglass frame more than a month ago. Still haven't gotten it mailed to me or even received an update. They have my money though and I have nothing. I am still trying to contact them but they won't respond

I placed an order for one pair of eyeglass frames on 8/12/18, and another order for another pair on 8/13/18. I hadn't heard anything about my order by 9/8/18, so I sent an e-mail asking for the status. I didn't receive a reply to my e-mail until 9/14/18, and was told that E-Z Optical was trying to determine a delivery date, and they would let me know as soon as they heard from the supplier. I hadn't received a response by 9/21/18, so I sent another e-mail to E-Z asking about the status of my order. I never received a response to that e-mail, so I sent another e-mail on 9/28/18. It's now 10/2/18 (7 weeks and one day since I placed my second order), with absolutely no response concerning the status of my order. I am extremely displeased, and will never do business with this company again.

UPDATE: I finally received my frame order. I am very pleased with them. However, I will be looking elsewhere for my next pair of glasses. Very slow and minimal response when you try to get updates on your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have beenw since 7/22/19 to get the frames I ordered. They were quick to deduct the payment from my account but nothing else. I have tried contacting them 3 times by email without any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Do not order unless you’d like to receive your order 1 month later literally. They claim they are ABO certified, they have no idea about the business. Stay away. 16 days or 12 business days is not a proper delivery date for a frame only order. Especially when you pay more for delivery than the frame

My wife is the customer, not me. I am blessed to not need glasses. This is by far the best optical shop we have dealt with. Erika is pleasant and competent and charges very fair prices. Her service is excellent. What's not to like?

e-z optical went above and beyond the call of duty for us. My sons glasses were broken at camp. They did everything they could to speed up the order. My son got his glasses delivered in a few days. I ordered frames only on 10-1-18. About a week later I read the reviews and was a little worried so I emailed ez optical. My email was returned the next day telling me my tracking number and all the information I asked. When I received my friends they were the wrong size. I immediately called and Erika went above and beyond and I received the right size frames 2 days later. I was really worried after reading the reviews but now I feel silly. I think total wait time was 17 days (not business days) so I have zero complaints. I love ez optical and will be buying more frames in the future. Thank you Erika.

UPDATE: Received my order and spoke to the owner. They did what they could to make it right. It appears they have their problems addressed. I will try with them again on another pair of glasses. Prepaid online order. Sent my glasses for new lenses. Stated normal time 3 wks. No glasses after 10 wks. Company ignores my phone calls, emails. Sent my Serengeti sunglasses for progressive lenses after prepaying $216.19 on their website July 27, 2018. Glasses (new $150 Serengeti sunglasses) confirmed delivery by USPS July 30, 2018. Orders normally take about 3 weeks, according to Ez Optical. I began inquiring by email on September 6, 2018. Recording on the phone promises response to emails within 24 hours, but no response. Emailed again September 13. Called the next day and a person answered. Said they would check with Serengeti and get back to me. No call back and no email. I've called 4 times since, with no response. The week of October 1, I left message asking for a manager or owner to call me. No call back and no email. On October 4, I left a message saying if I did not receive a call by Monday October 8, I would have no choice but to escalate my issue to a third party for help. As of today, October 11, no call back and no email. My initial concern was the extensive delay, but now the even larger problem is the firm's pattern of ignoring my calls and emails. Ez Optical has my $366.19 and I have nothing. The company's negligence has been and continues to be unacceptable by any reasonable measure.

I ordered glasses over a month ago. It took me 3 phone calls just to get in and I've called 3 times since then trying to find out where my glasses are. I was told 2-4 weeks and we're well past that time frame, with not a word, message or call to me about my order. What is going on?

Recently my wife and I purchased glasses from EZ Optical, Erika R. owner and Licensed Optician. The service was professional and friendly. As my wife and I searched for what we wanted Erika guided us by advising us on what looked good and what fit properly. She made suggestions but never pushed us into expensive glasses like a big name company does. Once we made our selections, Erika fitted and measured so our glasses could be ordered. She told us that it would be 10-14 days for our glasses to arrive. They did arrive during this time frame. When we picked them up, Erika adjusted our glasses for the optimal comfort and fit. Very pleased. This was the best all around service we have experienced since wearing glasses. Great service, great price and best fit.

After seven weeks, still no RX sports glasses. Decided to proceed with a charge dispute after no response to my email at the six week point. Very difficult to communicate with this company; they do not answer the phone and you may or may not get an email reply. They did say it was in-process a few weeks ago but it had been in process for a couple weeks already. I purchase a lot of items online and this transaction is in the bottom five of my experiences. My recommendation is to look elsewhere; their low Google rating is that way for a reason.
