Just to let you all know, they don’t accept VSP (third party insurance) and will bill as medical instead. Chaotic billing process to be quite honest. Most practices let you know right away if the claim goes through or not. Also should aim to collect all patient info so that patient is aware of any billing issues ASAP for convenience sake. Came in to purchase glasses couple weeks after my appointment and was told i had to first pay a balance they didn’t inform me of at first visit. Ended up with a $290 payment outta pocket for one routine visit. Thank you but no thanks! Staff seemed really nice though, just billing system sucks!

Another terrific experience. I had to have my lenses replaced in some sunglasses almost 2 yrs after I purchased them. They were still under warranty. Eyeware is a pay for what you get situation and these guys have a great selection and range.

He's exceptionally competent and is always abreast of the latest technological advances. He is always willing to explain what he is doing and to answer any questions. His enthusiasm for his profession and his concern for his patients is obvious in all he does. His advice has always proved correct - and he's also lots of fun. After being mistreated and ripped off by another eye glass place in manchester,vt a friend suggest eyeworks. AWESOME! My last exam I had 4 year son with me. They treated both of us like family. Thorough, friendly and good selection of glasses. Had my glasses you over a year and needed adjustment. They adjusted them perfect and as soon as I walked in. I live nearly an hour away and it's definitely worth the trip for there professionalism.

Recently while in New Hampshire for a wedding my nose piece on my Silouette eyeglasses began to separate. I stopped in Eye Works to see if they could help before my glasses became unusable. Staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Within 10-15 minutes the not only replaced the faulty clip but also the opposite side. On top of this they would not accept any reimbursement. Thank you Eye Works for all your help. The weekend wedding was totally enjoyable thanks to your kindness. If I lived nearby you would be my new eye shop.

I haven't been to the optometrists for a few years and my visit today was seamless. I had blurriness in my left eye and I was worked into their busy schedule the following day. My first impression was that the office is comfortable and welcoming. The staff was incredibly hospitable and I was promptly seated into the exam room shortly after arrival. After almost no wait, Dr. Higley arrived and preformed a very efficient and thorough exam. I was really impressed by Dr. Higley's knowledge and his ability to empathize with my situation. Overall, this is an outstanding practice and one of the best medical appointments I've ever had. I will for sure recommend Eyeworks to friends and family.

Eyeworks has always been awesome to me and my whole family. They are friendly, knowledgable and professional. They are also very PROGRESSIVE, which I feel is super important. Every time I go to Eyeworks, there are new and improved products and methods that they share and explain to me. This makes me confident that I'm in good hands. I also love their selection of eyewear, and although the high end brands can be expensive, I appreciate that they offer all of the top designer names (in addition to the normal and lower priced brands). This was my first visit to Eye Works, and my first time ordering a pair of prescription glasses. I was very impressed with their online tools, which made it easy to schedule an appointment and fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time. The people there are very friendly and great at explaining things and answering questions. They have modern equipment and a very good setup for moving through the screening process in an efficient manner, and also provided helpful guidance in selecting the best frames and lenses to meet my needs. Though I have not received my glasses yet, I could not be happier with the experience so far.

I recently had an eye exam, and I found out that my eyeglasses prescription from Eyeworks from two years ago was way off. I’d been wearing the wrong prescription for two years. So, I had to pay close to $1,000 all over again because of a mistake Eyeworks made. Although I can’t say that I’m surprised, because when I picked up my contacts at Eyeworks two years ago, the prescription was incorrect on those, as well! I would not recommend going here at all.

My family eye doctor for a while but they dropped my kids when they changed ownership because it was CHAMPVA Military insurance and NH Healthy kids, checked in a year later after changing my kids to Keene Eye Care and they still would not take the kid's insurance. When I went in today to the pile of paperwork and reading for my exam I decided to leave for my kids doctor also. The check in is fast and they don't ask you the same pile of questions everytime that having a computer should avoid you doing. The people at EyeWorks are great, the actual exam is great, the repetitive paperwork is a pain and having to use two different doctors was a pain. So I changed to my kids eye doctor. Both places are great!
