Business hours are horrible. Never open

Connie is horrible to deal with. Im not sure of her position in the practice. But she is ALWAYS rude on the phone. As if it is an inconvenience to her for you to be calling, and she makes sure to let you know with the attitude in her voice. Unfortunately this would be a good practice if they had nice employees. All the other empoyees I have had contact with were great and very helpful and cheery on the phone.
