The customer service at Cohens optical is amazing, I've purchased my last two pairs of glasses at Cohens optical and both times the staff, especially Matt, have been exceptionally helpful. I'm very picky, and normally it takes me months to find a frame I like, but I ended up loving the first one Matt picked out for me! He also made my experience super quick and easy. I also would like to add, when I go to Cohen's optical, I feel like I'm treated like a person, not just a customer. I find that at popular chain optical shops they just look at you as another person who is there to buy glasses. At Cohen's I feel like they put a lot more time in effort into helping you, and I really feel like they care.

The other evening my wife had lost a screw for her glasses which we had not bought at this store. In spite of the fact that the glasses had not come from Cohen's Fashion Optical, we received exceptional and caring service from Fran Weber (the optical store where they were initially purchased was closed). Fran clearly explained how and why this probably occurred. Based upon this experience, I would recommend this store for your optical needs.

The lady has no patience. Terrible customer service !. I just went in to ask few things about the services they provide and her way of answering was as if she is doing me a huge favor. They provide what I am looking for and it's in my budget but I am in no mood to give someone business when they talk to me like this. And why doesn't this thing have 0 stars. My wife felt the same way.

I live 75 minutes from the store and this has been a horrible customer experience. My glasses not made on time, good thing I checked as there was no communication for the delay. Several phone calls to track down glasses and to have them mailed. Communication is horrible, deadlines not met! I ordered regular and sunglass lenses and if I had to to it again I would NOT shop at the Nashua store
