I have been coming here for several years and overall I have had great experiences. The selection of glasses is substantial and the staff are friendly. The reason that I am not giving them 5 stars is one due to one event where I picked up new glasses that were giving me intense headaches and distorted vision and was having a difficult time getting in touch with them about it. There was some phone tag and an unanswered vm I left but eventually it was sorted out and I received different lenses. Overall though, for vision care in the Salem area I would recommend coming to Acuity as the providers have always answered my questions and have been thorough in the care they provide.

Dr. Beth is outstanding. I have been going to her for several years and can’t say enough positive things about her. I had insurance that covered my eye exams if I went to a chain vision office but I didn’t trust them and paid out of pocket to see Dr. Beth. My eyes are worth it. The office staff is great, as well as the ladies in the glasses department. You will never regret it if you go here.
