This is my first time going to an eye doctor since I was a child. The minute you walk in they make you feel very comfortable . The doctor is amazing and the office staff is amazing. What really impressed me when I had an eye problem over the weekend and I was able to get hold of Robert on his personal cell phone to talk to him about my problem. This was my second experience with this eye center, after the first time I knew I had to return. When getting the eye exam they have you do a few computer test before the exam. During the exam the doctor listened to my complaints, experiences, and answered all my questions. He took his time making sure the vision was 20/20 and would even take a second look if you had any further concerns. I've been to many eye doctors and no one has ever cared about my vision like this doctor and staff. I really appreciate everyone, I now have a beautiful set of glasses and a comfortable pair of contacts.

This was my first time here and it was great! Dr. Wlodek was thorough, the supporting staff were friendly. I gave it 4 stars because I did feel a little pressured to purchase a new pair of glasses in the end, but I was going to do so anyway. Still, I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

I received a text on Monday asking me to confirm my appointment by text message or by calling (my appointment was to be the following day). The text I received did not specify what word to use to confirm via text so I tried a couple of different things like “CONFIRM” and “YES”. In approximately 1 hour I received another text message stating if I didn’t confirm my appointment then my appointment would be cancelled. I called and they are closed on Mondays but left a message confirming I would be there the next day, I also tried some other text words to confirm. Well, Tuesday morning I receive a text that read my appointment had been cancelled. This was to be my first appointment with this establishment and I am for sure not rescheduling. This was absolutely a ridiculous way to conduct business.

What a waste of my afternoon. Went for the first time and verified all charges before hand, when I arrived and started to fill out the paper work they wanted an extra $29 for an exam since I was a new patient. Explained to them the expected charges and that we verified this before my appointment but they did not care. I did not stay for my appointment and left feeling like they were trying to rip me off. Watch for their hidden charges they do not tell you about, this place is just a scam.
