I am writing because I wanted to let everyone know that with the exception of my actual exam, and have not had a worse experience at an optical gallery in 40 years of wearing glasses. I have wasted nearly 1300 dollars, as I am not wearing either pair of glasses I purchased from this establishment. One pair I couldn’t see out of and the only offer for resolution was for me to buy another pair? I do not be recommend this establishment to anyone.

I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! The doctors are good and very friendly, the staffs are very professional....I love the whole atmosphere there....

We dealt with Trudie both times we went to this location. Other places seem either too pushy or don't care at all. Trudie gave us 100% attention and help even though she was riding on scooter due to leg injury. They have a ton of frames in stock and were able to have the lenses installed within 15 or 20 minutes of making a frame choice both times. No more waiting for Lenscrafters and Eyeglass World to send away or wait a day or two.

We have been seeing Dr. Young at Optic Gallery for over 10 years. Our experiences have always been wonderful and the service tops. Would recommend Dr. Young and his staff to friends and family in an instant.

Horrible! Really bad - it took them 6 weeks and 4 do overs to get the RX right. They kept messing up. Then they had the nerve to offer me a mere $150 for all the hassle from their mistakes. If you need glasses go somewhere else. These people are incompetent.

I am writing because I am very disappointed in the treatment I just received at "Blink," at Caesar's Palace. This kiosk operates and does business under Optic Gallery, and I was just there about 30 minutes ago. My brother was looking at some Ray Ban sunglasses and before he went to purchase them, we asked the saleslady what their return policy was. She informed us that we had 7 days to return the glasses. Being that she said that, we decided to purchase the glasses. As we were walking away, something in me just felt like the whole purchase wasn't right since the saleslady was offering discounts and I didn't see how she could. When I looked up these sunglasses on the Ray Ban website, they were $55.00 cheaper on the legitimate Ray Ban website versus what they were asking for at this kiosk. So, we went back to see if we could get a refund and were told that we had to call the Optic Gallery phone number to talk to someone who wasn't onsite to get permission for a refund. When we contacted the lady, she was willing to give us $10.00 back, but she was not willing to give us a refund. At this point, we are standing in front of the kiosk on a cell phone talking to Optic Gallery as well as the saleslady at the kiosk. We told the lady on the phone that we were told we had 7 days for a refund. She would not honor this policy. At this point, I looked at the saleslady and said, "you do realize you just told us we had 7 days for a refund, and now y'all aren't allowing what you just stated not even 5 minutes ago." She looked at me boldly and said that she knew that, but there was nothing she could do. I was stunned. Then, I checked our receipt thinking maybe I missed some fine print. I didn't. NOWHERE on the receipt does it say "final sale" or "no returns." In fact, it boldly says "Thank you for your confidence and trust." Ha! Anyway, at this point, I lost my temper. I don't understand how businesses can do this sort of thing to people, but apparently they can. I am just taking the time to write a detailed review in hopes that this won't happen to you. I am still baffled that the lady at the kiosk even agreed that she knew we were deceived, but yet she had no say. It's really sad. There's no one to blame at this point but us for the stupidity of actually purchasing something here, but again, hopefully if you are reading this, you won't do the same.

I would give 10 stars!!- Super professional! Very very wide selection of eye and sunglasses for all price ranges from inexpensive to high end. Non intimidating friendly staff, that knows their stuff. Had a rare pair of glasses I couldn't find after dozens of calls. Filled my prescription in15 MINUTES..... NO B.S. 15 MINUTES!!! In and out. The lab had the lenses in house. Highly recommend any location. I started @ the Ann location and they sent me to the Boca location to get my lenses. Both locations had the same professional service and selection. I will be a life time customer. Thank you Sonia!!

I've been to a couple of Optic Galleries around town and this one is best one by far. The staff is super nice and they are always willing to work a deal with you, whether you have insurance or you don't. Great selection and professional optometrists.

Very unprofessional!! I went last week to see a doctor there for medical treatment she checked me and said I have a stye in my eye, well the medicne she gave me didn't worked and it only got worse, I called in today to ask for nurse advice and they were not willing to help, they said the only way I can ask a question is if I go and pay $80 again, wow just wow so unprofessional siriously guys not only you didn't match the right treatment and diagnosed what I have you also not taking responsibility and offering a phone consultation! I difinatly won't be back again, !the medical team there is a joke!!
