It's not often me and my three children walk in a place and we are all treated like VIPs. Usually we walk in a place, people see a curious 8 year old and they bear down the hatches...but here we were welcomed and my picky teenager found a pair of glasses he liked and the lady was very patient and even joking with us a bit. My husband recommended this spot and he said everyone was great in here, which was totally true. I hope this place stays around so our family can get our glasses here for years to come! This place reminds me of somewhere I"d go in the Midwest where everyone is welcoming, warm and treats their business like they want to have it for a long while, which is a very rare find here in Las Vegas.

We started getting our son's glasses here last year. Not only has all of the staff been extremely nice, they have also been exceptionally helpful. The waits, when there is one, are usually not long, and their store is clean and calming, especially for my children on the spectrum. On my very first visit was definitely a good first impression of the customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Corey, Robin and Jennifer was pleasant and extremely nice. Jennifer was patient with me while i was indecisive about which frames i wanted. Even though i arrived super early for my appointment i still was only there for about an hour, and i also had took a while deciding on new frames. While i was still looking at frames, there was a disrespectful customer with uncontrolled kids and they handled the situation with utmost poise. Kudos to them and i was glad i made the switch to come here for my eye exam and glasses.
