Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional, from the receptionist, the optical assistants to my eye doctor. They let me know what they were doing during each step of my eye exam and were very thorough.

This was a great place. And I say was because now it is downright awful. I was a patient for over 10 years when Dr. Little was still there. Dr. Casey even did my PRK surgery. How ever without notice I come to find out that Dr. Casey no longer sees patients that are not surgical. They wanted to put me with another Dr. Who I am not very fond of. So I now have to find another eye doc after over 10 years of care. I must also mention the mess that has become the front office. When you call for an appoinment you either sit on hold or get a voicemail. If you leave a message they NEVER call back. It is just a joke. They have become to big for their own good and have forgotten about patient care. I would not reccomend

Terrible experience. They failed to properly fill out paperwork for my employer over a period of two weeks, resulting in the loss of my job. Dr. Jackson referred me to Dr. Solomon, who then confirmed my appointment with him the day prior to the appointment. When I arrived at the appropriate time, after waiting nearly an hour, I was told that he had cancelled the appointment and refused to treat me. They then referred me to a different doctor for an appointment two months later, but the phone number they gave me to set up the appointment was for the Ely school district. Stay far away from these guys.

I get my annual eye exam at Nevada eye care for 5years.my primary medical insurance is Medicare and secondary insurance Cigna.and Today 3/21/2017 The Front Desk Receptionist.wants me to pay $50 copay on my Medicare.WHAT?????? So, I cancelled my appointment for eye checkup.goodbye nevada eye care!!!!

I had eye surgery here and it has been a great experience. Dr. Park was very thorough with my eye examinations, requiring me to come in several times just to make sure that my eyes were good candidates. He wanted to be absolutely certain that the procedure would go smoothly and that I would not have any complications down the road. CC, the patient counselor, was amazing to work with and offered some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Pam and the rest of the staff were great too. I would definitely recommend this place.

it was a great experience. the staff is ultra friendly and my case manager or whatever you call her is the a nicest person. every time she sees me she calls me by name and asks how I am doing and how much better life is without glasses.

Excellent service Dr. Park was very helpful and removed a large piece of metal from my eye. My first visit I had a 3:45 appointment and I was in being taken care of within 2 minutes. This was not due to being an emergency, I was seen very quickly due to the highly efficient staff. Upon my second visit the scheduled appointment time was 9:55 and again I was in being taken care of within 2 minutes of my arrival. I have lived in Las Vegas for 15 years and this was my first experience with any doctors office that I didn't have to wait 30 minutes or even sometimes hours to see a doctor or specialist. Pam and Dr. Park were a great team and I will see them in the future for my eye care needs.

1) Had to go back, redo my prescription, demanded doctor to write same exact prescription I had before the young lady did my eye exam, ultimately bypassing an exam and renewing my original prescription. Only way I knew it would get done right. 2) Provided new prescription printout with missing signature so I couldn't purchase contacts online, had to go back AGAIN. Receptionist took the paper to the lady selling glasses who was NOT Dr. Little and made HER sign it!!!! NEXT to Dr. Little's name. Couldn't make this up. 3) Had two different run ins with receptionists who exhibited the "oh what do you want" attitude. One at the front counter, the other at the outgoing counter across the glasses shop. Final Note: Hell, with the amount of times I kept having to go back to get their job done right, i should've gotten a name tag and a white coat.

This was my first visit to Nevada Eye Care, as I had recently moved to NV. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew I needed a good Opthamologist because I have had many eye problems in the past. My experience there was more than good, it was great! The Dr. I saw was professional, and adept at reviewing my eyes, and giving me a new prescription. I would highly recommend this center and will return myself whenever I need my eyes examined in the future.
