My husband and I had a great experience here. The salesperson was very knowledgable about the products AND what glasses would look best on different face shapes. Within 30 minutes we had selected eye glasses and sunglasses that both looked stunning on my husband. We would never have found such quality or style in a traditional optical shop. We were a bit overwhelmed at the price, but are hopeful we will be happy with the results. Time will tell if we will spend that much on glasses again in the future, but our experience this time around was a great one.

VERY pushy on sales, staff insist it's for customer care etc but it's clearly to get as much out of you as possible. When you return an item they make it seem as though the world is ending and try to push more products on you. If you want to relax while shopping and look around at your own place this shop is NOT the place for you. There are plenty of other stores that stock the same brands that are a lot easier to buy from.

What a great experience! Stumbled upon this optical while visiting Las Vegas. The opticians/managers were all friendly, knowledgable, and a joy to work with. Sorry I forgot names but the associate (girl with glasses) who helped my friend pick out his glasses was great in her recommendations, and the manager with short hair was fun to work with as well. Thanks, will recommend to friends and family : )
