Small swap meet boof excuse for an eye place. There’s only one eye doctor there and she just babbles to me complaining about other customers and talking to me about her girlfriend or whatever and wasn’t focusing on what she was doing and gave me a wrong eye prescription and it was my first time so I didn’t know if it was right or not she said it’ll just take a while for my eyes to adjust then I realized it never adjusted was still blurry so I went back to get a new one and she was yelling at me raising her voice saying it’s my fault and getting all defensive and that she doesn’t know what to do with my eyes. Stay away. She has an attitude and doesn’t know what she’s doing they’re all unprofessional.

I’ve had very pleasant experiences here. The first time I came in with Medicaid I only paid for the anti reflection. I came in on July 23rd after my glasses snapped without insurance, and paid a decent amount for the Exam and Glasses. I received my glasses in the time expected 5 days and the service I received was great! Everyone is very friendly and they have a good selection to pick from.

I have a 1 yr old boy who requires glasses, he's almost 2 now and every visit we've made to get help with his glasses and new prescriptions has been nothing short of fantastic and friendly service. I highly recommend gem optical, especially if you have children that need help with eyeglasses! What a great staff and company

Staff may be nice. I went because they take medicaid . I got glasses worse thing I could have done. It wasn't even Been 6 months and I had to have the glasses repaired 2 times sbd they are broke now again. They waslnt to charge me 10 dollars to rePair each time . The frames are cheap you might as well spend good money somewhere else to get good frames . Stay away.

I had a bad experience on the phone with frame fixers. So I looked for something better called into gem optical. Nice lady on the phone gave me a starting point to fix a leg that fell off my glasses. She was very sweet unlike frame fixers who hung up on me. I found them to be very inexpensive. I recommend this place 100%

This is a small business and i would recommend this place 10000X to everyone! Plus, they have a cute dog to greet you when you come in! Very affordable, very fast, and they cater to the Medicaid community and everyone's needs. The Dr. used to work at Lens Crafter and is aware of corporate America's greed. This place strives to provide compassionate and quality healthcare to the Las Vegas community. I couldn't be more happy with the service that was rendered.
