I have been a customer since DAY ONE and there are several reasons: Dr Jennifer, Lisa and Gang have been extremely professional, friendly and some of the best customer service ever! The office is beautiful with original art work done by Lisa herself, there is a children’s section, the place is always clean. There is hardly a wait time and they truly make you feel at home. I remember being one of the first customers and she has now built up her practice! I recommend this place to all!

Today 8/30 was my first visit to eyediology I first interacted with Melanie who was at the front desk, very friendly and knowledgeable. Melanie took me back and explained everything she was doing very throughly. I was then placed in an exam room and soon met Dr Burke. She was super from the first impression. Shook my hand and welcomed me to the practice. My exam went well and we discussed different options and I decided to try contacts again after a 10 year hiatus Dr Burke has so much patience. I truly enjoyed all the ladies at her practice and will return next year.

Did not have a clue who to see for optometrist. So went over to trusty Yelp and found this gem. Convenient location close to my house but I would drive across town if I had to. Staff is super nice. Have all the latest bells and whistles. Doctor is great conversationalist and truly makes you feel wanted as a patient. You are not just a number, or dollar sign here. I highly recommend and I am fussy. So the Amber stamp really means something.

My son has a difficult contact lens prescription and no other doctor has been able to fit him properly, which would result in him having less than 20/20 vision. Wow!!! You walk in to a beautiful place first off. The greeting was immediately. The paperwork was quick. The waiting time was almost immediately. My daughter is 4 and doesn't like to speak to anyone she doesn't know. They got her to complete everything she was asked to do. She loved the place. Even the girls selling the glasses were so polite and respectful. Made my daughter happy from the get go. The girl was so good, she picked the right pair immediately. The doctor was world class. Made my daughter smile non- stop. She had an old man's heart beat going. She was dressed like a queen. The assistant is the one who started my daughter off in a comfort zone. I stopped everyone in the building while I was there to tell them how much I truly appreciate all there customer service. This place is beyond 5 stars. Way beyond.. Thank you again. We'll be back in a month.

I have had a hard time with my prescription in the past . A friend of mine recommended Dr. Murphy and thank goodness I went. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I went to Eyediology for a pair of prescription sunglasses and couldn't be happier with the service I received! A lovely young woman Lindsey helped me find the perfect pair. I originally wanted something with red/orange lenses and she said "Sweety those don't fit your style." I soon realized that I had found my personal fashion advisor!!! How cool is that!! I tried on as many different styles as I wanted and she showed me a few different ones that I wouldn't have thought to try (they all looked great btw). Finally I put on a pair amd she told me "That's the one." I checked them out in the mirror and, sure thing they looked great! Once we decided on the perfect pair she informed me of various specials that were being offered and found me the best deal! I would highly recommend anyone go here for glasses and request Lindsey. She made the experience fun and helped me find the perfect pair at a great price. I will definatly buy from her again!

My spouse and I have been going to Dr Jennifer Burke at Eyediology for both our eye appointments and glasses, and we were there today again for our annual exam. Dr Burke and the staff are fantastic. The exam uses some of the latest equipment so dilation and air shots into the eye were not needed. Dr Burke is great.....technically astute in the field with super interpersonal skills. She is clear in her communication, and wonderful to interact with. Her staff is as well, both in support of the overall exam and getting glasses.
